Դանակահարություն` Էջմիածնում. քաղաքացին ձերբակալվել է
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների հետ համատեղ իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է նախօրեին Էջմիածին քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության դեպքը:
Դեպքի վերաբերյալ ահազանգը ստացվել է 2022թ. հունվարի 3-ին «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոնից և տեղեկացվել, որ կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Էջմիածին քաղաքի՝ 1993թ. ծնված բնակիչ:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2022թ. հուվարի 3-ին՝ ժամը 23:15-ի սահմաններում, Էջմիածին քաղաքի Արագածի զանգվածում, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ, վիճաբանություն է ծագել 28-ամյա երիտասարդի և 41-ամյա տղամարդու միջև, որի ժամանակ էլ վերջինս իր մոտ պահվող դանակով, առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ, հարվածներ է հասցրել երիտասարդի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի համար վտանգավոր վնասվածքներ և դիմել փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Նույն օրը 41-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ համաքաղաքացու առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ ծանր վնաս պատճառելու կասկածանքով և հարցաքննվել՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կասկածյալի մասնակցությամբ կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն և քննչական փորձարարություն, որի ժամանակ վերջինս մատնացույց է արել նաև այն վայրը, ուր նետել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը, կատարվել են նմուշառումներ, առգրավվել են տուժողի և առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:
