Առաջարկում են Ղազախստանում ՀԱՊԿ խաղաղապահներին թողնել մշտական հիմունքներով
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀԱՊԿ ուժերը պետք է Ղազախստանում տեղակայել մշտական հիմունքներում, այդ թվում նաեւ տեղի ռուս բնակչությանը պաշտպանելու համար։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Միրոնովը։ Նա մասնավորապես նշել է, որ այդ ուժերի հիմնական մասը կազմում են ռուսական զորամիավորումները, եւ այդ զորամիավորումները կարող են թողնվել Ղազախստանում մշտական հիմունքներով, որպեսզի այնտեղ ձեւավորվի կայուն բազա՝ ծայրահեղականությանը հակազդելու համար՝ նաեւ ապագայում։ Դա կստեղծի, ըստ Միրոնովի, նոր համակարգ, որի խնդիրներից մեկը կլինի նաեւ ռուսալեզու բնակչության անվտանգության ապահովումը։ Միրոնովը REGNUM-ի փոխանցմամբ, նաեւ ասել է, որ միայն զորախմբեր տեղակայելով՝ Ղազախստանում անվտանգության հետ կապված հարցերը չեն լուծվի եւ հարկ է փոխել քաղաքացիական խաղաղության եւ համաձայնության հանդեպ եղած մոտեցումները, ապահովել մարդկանց համար կյանքի արժանապատիվ պայմաններ, ամրապնդել քաղաքացիների վստահությունը իշխանությունների հանդեպ։
