Հայաստանում երկու օր է քննարկվում է Ղազախստանու տեղի ունեցող հեղափոխության համար ՀԱՊԿ-ի կայացրած որոշումը, որի համաձայն Հայաստանից խաղաղապահներ են մեկնել Ղազախստան։

Այս թեմայի շուրջ զրուցել ենք իրավապաշտպան Արթուր Սաքունցի հետ։

Հարցին, թե ինչ է տեղի ունենում Ղազախստանում և ինչ կարծիք ունի Հայաստանի խաղաղապահների մասնակցության մասին՝ իրավապաշտպանն ասաց․ «Ղազախստանում մարդիկ ընդվզել են ավտորիտար կառավարման դեմ։ Ցավոք սրտի, այդ ընդվզումն ուղեկցվում է որոշակի բռնություններով, որովհետև այն քաղաքական ուժերը, որոնք կարող էին այդ բողոքի ցույցերը գլխավորել ու կազմակերպել, նրանց բոլորին ոչնչացրել են, նրանց մի մասը ստիպված են եղել արտագաղթել երկրից։ Եվ այս պայմաններում Ղազախստանի ժողովուրդը մնացել է այդ ընդվզման հույսին, սա այն իրավիճակն է, որով մենք անցել ենք։ Այդ թվում՝ հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է եղել այդ ընդվզումների կենտրոնում։ Այդ պարագայում մասնակցել ժողովրդական ընդվզումը զինված ուժով ճնշելու գործողությանը, ժամանակին լինելով նույն ընդվզողների շարքում, որոնց դեմ Հայաստանում էլ զինված ուժեր են կիրառվել, դու հայտնվում ես Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կարգավիճակում։ Եվ եթե Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դեմ քրեական գործ ես հարուցում, այդ դեպքում նույն քրեական գործը պետք է հարուցվի այդ զինված ուժերը կիրառողների դեմ, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ վարչապետի։ Այս ամենը արկածախնդրություն է, անպատասխանատվություն է ժողովրդավարության, ժողովրդական ընդվզման դեմ։ Մենք տարիներ շարունակ ասում ենք, որ ավտորիտար կառավարման պետությունների ակումբում Հայաստանն ընդհանրապես անելիք չունի։ Հիմա ստացվում է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը մի ձեռքով հանդես է գալիս որպես ժողովրդավարական, որին հրավիրում են ժողովրդավարական պետությունների գագաթնաժողովին, մյուս ձեռքով՝ հանձինս ՀԱՊԿ-ի, մասնակցում է հակաժողովրդավարական ամենախայտառակ գործողությանը։ Եվ այդ ավտորիտար պետությունների ակումբում թիվ մեկ դիրիժորը Ռուսաստանն է։ Այսինքն՝ դու ենթարկվում ես Պուտինի հիբրիդային պատերազմին, տվյալ դեպքում՝ արդեն ուղղակի ագրեսիային՝ ընդդեմ Ղազախստանի քաղաքացիների»։
