Օտարերկրյա պետությունների տարածքում ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի առկայության մասին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի խոսքերը արտացոլում են Սպիտակ տան դիրքորոշումը։ Այս մասին կիրակի օրը, հունվարի 9-ին, հեռախոսային ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ամերիկյան վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչը, փոխանցում է «Իզվեստիան»։

«Հայտարարությունները, որ նախօրեին արել էր պետքարտուղար Բլինքենը, արտացոլում են ԱՄՆ դիրքորոշումը բանակցություններում (անվտանգության երաշխիքների վերաբերյալ.-խմբ.)»,- նշել է նա։

Բացի այդ, Սպիտակ տունն ընդգծել է անհամաձայնությունը մի շարք հարցերի շուրջ, որոնք Ռուսաստանը առաջարկել է ապագա հանդիպման համատեքստում։

Մեկ օր առաջ, շաբաթ օրը, Բլինքենը, մեկնաբանելով ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի մուտքը Ղազախստան, հայտարարել էր, որ Վաշինգտոնը մեկ դաս է քաղել պատմությունից, իբր՝ «երբ քո տանը ռուսներն են հայտնվում, դժվար լինեում նրանց ստիպել հեռանալ»։

Նույն օրը ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան ամերիկյան դիվանագիտության ղեկավարի հայտարարությունը փաստարկների բացակայությունից հուսահատություն է անվանել։

Բացի այդ, նա Էնթոնի Բլինքենի նման հայտարարությունը համարել է լկտի։ Եւ առաջարկել է նրան «պատմության մեկ այլ դաս» սովորել՝ հիշեցնելով նրանց մասին, «ովքեր բախտ չեն ունեցել իրենց «տանը» տեսնել այնպիսի անկոչ հյուրերի, ինչպիսին ԱՄՆ-ն է»։
