Էդգար Խաչատրյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մի քանի օր է հետևում եմ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ՀԱՊԿ խոսքի հետ կապված վերլուծություններին և ապշում եմ: Իրենց լուրջ քաղաքագետ, վերլուծաբաններ ու տեսաբաններ կոչող մարդիկ այնպիսի տեքստեր են գրում, որնք ուղղակի քաղաքագիտության հետ առնչություն չունեն:
Իհարկե յուրաքանչյուր կարծիք ապրելու իրավունք ունի ու չկա բացարձակ ճիշտ կարծիք քաղաքականության մեջ, բայց աբսուրդի մակարդակի էլ չի կարելի հասցնել ամեն ինչ:
ՀԱՊԿ-ում Սերժ Սարգսյաը շատերի դեմքին ասաց այն ամենը ինչ շատ պետություններ կվախենային անել: ՀՀ-ն ունի միջազգային հարթակում իր շահերը պաշտպանելու մի քանի միջոց, դրանցից մեկը ուժեղ խոսքն է տարբեր ձևաչափերում: Հատուկ «տեսաբանների» և «քաղաքագետների» համար նշեմ, որ միջազգային քաղաքական, տնտեսական և այլ հարաբերություններում հավասարություն չկա, նույնիսկ հումանիտար հարցերում հավասարությունը բացակայում է:Այս դեպքում մնում է խոսքով ուշքի բերել իրականությունից կտրված գործընկերներին:

Չ՞եմ հասկանում ինչից եք նեղվում: Չէ՞ք սպասում, որ ՀԱՊԿ ձևաչափում Հայաստանը կորղ է նախաձեռնությունն իր վրա վերցնել ու ասել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն կամ պետք է գործի հստակ և գործընկերներն իրար չպետք է «քցեն» կամ էլ շուտով կվերանա:

Սու 24-ի դեպքում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ շատ պետություններ լռեցին, Արցախի հարցում շատ պետություններ լռում են, իսկ կներեք մենք չենք կարող ընտրել մեր հարևաններին ու մեզ մոտիկ պետություններին ու ստիպված ենք համագործակցել նրանց հետ, իսկ եթե ստիպված ենք՝ նրանց պետք է հասկացնել, որ Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում եղանակ ստեղծող է ու նրանց պահվածքը մեզ դուր չի գալիս:
