այսօր տեղեկացա Ձեր հրամանի մասին, համաձայն որի ս.թ. հունվարի 22-ից հանրային սննդի օբյեկտների, հյուրանոցների, մարզասրահների հաճախորդները, գրադարանների, թանգարանների այցելուները, թատերահամերգային, կինոյի և այլ մշակութային գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների հանդիսատեսները տվյալ վայր մուտք գործելիս պետք է ներկայացնեն կա՛մ թեստավորման, կա՛մ պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատ՝ բջջային հավելվածի արագ արձագանքման ծածկագրի (QR կոդ) միջոցով կամ բջջային հավելվածից արտածված թղթային տարբերակով։
 
Այստեղ կա մի մեծ բացթողում: Ես և իմ ընտանիքի անդամները պատվաստված ենք: Հարց է առաջանում. ինչո՞ւ այս երկար ցուցակում չկա հանրային տրանսպորտը: Ո՞վ է ասել, որ Ձեր կողմից նշված վայրերը վտանգավոր են այցելուների համար, իսկ, օրինակ, ավտոբուսը կամ մետրոն, որտեղ սոցիալական հեռավորություն պահպանելու հնարավորությունը շատ ավելի փոքր է, վտանգավոր չեն: Ինչու պետք է ես, իմ ընտանիքի անդամները և մեր հասարակության բոլոր այն անդամները, ովքեր պատվաստված են վտանգեն իրենց առողջությունը հանրային տրանսպորտում, որտեղ որևէ հսկողություն չկա (խնդրում եմ PR նպատակով ամիսը մեկ նկարահանվող հեռուստառեպորտաժները օրինակ չբերեք): Եթե այս ցուցակի մեջ չավելանա հասարակական տրանսպորտը, ապա, համաձայնեք, որ հրամանը կկրի ֆորմալ բնույթ, կամ ինչպես ժողովուրդն է ասում, կլինի հերթական ՁԵՎԱԿԱՆ միջոցառումը, կառավարության նիստերին «գալոչկա» դնելու համար:
