Մարդու անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքը և ազատությունն ամբողջովին դուրս են նետված հայկական իրողությունից

2021 թվականը բավականին բուռն էր Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտում։ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության տեսակետից 2021 թվականը ամփոփել ենք իրավապաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանի հետ։
Անդրադառնալով 2021 թվականին` իրավապաշտպանն ասաց․ «Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության տեսակետից այսօր հստակ է, որ Հայաստանը բաժանված է երկու ճամբարի։ Առաջին ճամբարում իշխանությունն է և իր ամբողջ քաղաքականությունը, որը եկել է սպասարկելու թուրք-ադրբեջանական, ցեղասպանական, ռազմավարական նպատակները, և բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր գիտակցաբար կամ անգիտակցաբար կանգնած են այս իշխանության պաշտպանության դիրքերում։ Երկրորդ ճամբարում հայ ժողովուրդն է, ոչ միայն Արցախն ու Հայաստանը, այլև համայն հայությունն է։ Առաջին ճամբարի հատվածի համար, որն ամենափոքր հատվածն է հայության մեջ, 2021 թվականը եղել է իրենց մեծ ծրագրերի ու նպատակների տարի, նրանք նվաճումներ են ունեցել։ Միակ բանը, որն այս խումբը չի կարողացել անել, այն է, որ Արցախը միանգամից ու ամբողջովին չեն հանձնել Ադրբեջանին։ Այսօր Հայաստանում չկա այնպիսի իրավունք, որին ամենատարբեր մակարդակներով ու ծավալներով այս իշխանությունը չհակազդի։ Սա ոչ թե ոտնահարում ու խախտում է, ո՛չ, նրանք ամբողջովին Ալիևի նման հակազդում են միջազգային իրավունքին՝ առհասարակ և մարդու իրավունքներին՝ մասնավորապես։ Եթե վերցնենք առանձին դեպքեր, ապա տեսեք, մարդու անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքը և ազատությունն ամբողջովին դուրս են նետված հայկական իրողությունից։ Խոսքի ազատության ոտնահարումը ԶԼՄ-ների նկատմամբ ստացել է այնպիսի չափեր, որի մասին խոսելու համար մեկ ամբողջ օր չի բավականացնի։ Վերջապես կարևորագույն իրավունք՝ մարդու կյանքի իրավունք, սկսած ամենածանր թեմայից՝ ռազմագերիներից, որոնց մի մասն ուղղակի հանձնվել է թշնամուն տարածքների հետ մասին»։
