Նոր սահմանափակումներ՝ հունվարի 22-ից
POLITICSՀրապարակվել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի թիվ 02-Ն հրամանը՝ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի 2020 թվականի օգոստոսի 4-ի թիվ 17-ն հրամանում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին, ըստ որի՝ հյուրանոցների, մարզասրահների հաճախորդները, գրադարանների, թանգարանների այցելուները, թատերահամերգային, կինոյի և այլ մշակութային գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների հանդիսատեսները տվյալ վայր մուտք գործելիս պետք է ներկայացնեն կա՛մ թեստավորման, կա՛մ պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատ՝ բջջային հավելվածի արագ արձագանքման ծածկագրի (QR կոդ) միջոցով կամ բջջային հավելվածից արտածված թղթային տարբերակով։
Տվյալ պահանջը չի վերաբերում հղիներին, բացարձակ հակացուցում ունեցողներին և նախկինում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությամբ (COVID-19) հիվանդացածներին, որոնք ունեն մինչև 90 օրվա վաղեմության ՊՇՌ հետազոտության դրական արդյունք։
Հրամանում նշվում է՝ այցելուները (բացառությամբ մինչև 18 տարեկան անձանց՝ անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնելու դեպքում, հղիների՝ հղիության մասին բժշկական փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնելու դեպքում, փաստագրված բացարձակ հակացուցում ունեցողների բացարձակ հակացուցման մասին բժշկական փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնելու դեպքում, ինչպես նաև նախկինում կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդությամբ (COVID-19) հիվանդացածների՝ ՊՇՌ հետազոտության առաջին դրական արդյունքից հաշված 90 օրվա ընթացքում՝ կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) ախտորոշման ՊՇՌ հետազոտության առաջին դրական արդյունքը հավաստող Էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության միասնական տեղեկատվական ԱՐՄԵԴ համակարգից արտածված սերտիֆիկատ ներկայացնելու դեպքում) մուտք են գործում միայն առավելագույնը 72 ժամ վաղեմության սերտիֆիկատի, կամ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության կողմից նախաորակավորված կորոնավիրուսային հիվանդության (COVID-19) հարուցչի հակածնի հայտնաբերման արագ ախտորոշիչ թեստի 24 ժամյա վաղեմության բացասական արդյունքը հավաստող տեղեկանքի՝ արտածված Էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության միասնական տեղեկատվական ԱՐՄԵԴ համակարգից՝ համաձայն Առողջապահության նախարարի 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 10-ի թիվ 4379-Լ հրամանի պահանջների, կամ պատվաստման սերտիֆիկատի առկայությամբ, բջջային հավելվածի արագ արձագանքման ծածկագրի (QR կոդ) միջոցով կամ բջջային հավելվածից արտածված թղթային տարբերակով։
Հրամանը ուժի մեջ է մտել հունվարի 8-ին, նշված սահմանափակումները սկսելու են գործել հունվարի 22-ից։
