Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկը հավանություն է տվել Մեղրիի սահմանային անցակետի արդիականացման և վերակառուցման նախագծային և մրցութային փաստաթղթերին ու ազդարարել շինարարական աշխատանքների միջազգային մրցույթի մեկնարկի մասին: Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՊԵԿ-ը:
Մրցույթը հայտարարվել է 2021թ. դեկտեմբերի 23-ին Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի (EBRD) գնումների էլեկտրոնային հարթակում (ECEPP) https://ecepp.ebrd.com/delta/viewNotice.html?displayNoticeId=17857081: Հայտերի ընդունման վերջնաժամկետը 2022թ. փետրվարի 15-ն է:
2022 թվականի սկզբին ակնկալվում է վերահսկող ինժեների և ծրագրին աջակցող խորհրդատուի մրցույթների մեկնարկ ևս:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020թ․ փետրվարի 7-ին Մեղրիի սահմանային անցակետի արդիականացման և ընդլայնման նպատակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ու Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի միջև ստորագրվել են «Մեղրիի սահմանային անցակետի ծրագիր» վարկային և դրամաշնորհային համաձայնագրերը` ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության ու Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի կողմից: Ծրագրի նպատակն է ֆինանսավորել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի Մեղրիի անցման կետի վերակառուցումն ու արդիականացումը:
