Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները հրազեն են ուղղել մեքենայի վրա, որում եղել են վարորդի կինը և 3 տարեկան երեխան. ՄԻՊ
SOCIETYԱդրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները Ստեփանակերտ-Շուշի ճանապարհին հրազեն են ուղղել ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչի մեքենայի վրա, քարով հարվածել են մեքենային, որում եղել են կինը և 3 տարեկան երեխան
2022 թվականի հունվարի 2-ին, ժամը՝ 14:00-15:00-ի սահմաներում, երբ ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչը կնոջ և 3 տարեկան մանկահասակ երեխայի հետ իր Nissan Teana մակինիշի ավտոմեքենայով եղել է Արցախից վերադարձի ճանապարհին, Ստեփանակերտ-Շուշի հատվածում ադրբեջանական մի շարք զինծված ծառայողներ ագրեսիվ պահվածքով, գոռգոռոցներով զենքը ուղղել են դեպի իր մեքենան, այնուհետև՝ մեծ քարով հարվածել են մեքենային:
Քարի հարվածից վնասվել է մեքենայի առջևի թափարգելը, ուժեղարարը, ռադիատորը և կորցրել է մեքենայի հաշվառման համարանիշը:
Ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների հանցավոր արարքների հետևանքով կրել է 200.000 ՀՀ դրամից ավելի վնաս:
Այս մասին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին է ահազանգել ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչը, ով վարել է մեքենան:
Քաղաքացին նշված դեպքի մասին տեղեկացրել է Արցախի Հանրապետության և ՀՀ իրավասու մարմիններին: Այս միջադեպի փաստը Արման Թաթոյանին պաշտոնապես հաստատել է նաև Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը: Երեկ Արցախից տարածվել է նաև պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն:
Ակնհայտ է, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների համար բացահայտ է եղել, որ նրանք սպառնում ու քարով հարվածում են խաղաղ բնակչի մեքենայի, որում նաև կա կին ու մանկահասակ երեխա, բայց նրանք դիտավորությամբ շարունակել են իրենց հանցավոր արարքները: Դրանք ուղղված են եղել ՀՀ խաղաղ բնակիչների կյանքի ու առողջության, սեփականության իրավունքների դեմ, նրանք խաթարել են խաղաղ բնակիչների անվտանգ երթևեկությունը:
Այս միջադեպը հերթական անգամ ապացուցում է, որ ադրբեջանական ծառայողներ Հայաստանի կամ Արցախի գյուղերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ ու ճանապարհներին չպետք է լինի:
Հայաստանում ու Արցախում ադրբեջանական խախտումները բնույթով նույնն են:
Նրանց ներկայությունն ինքնին իրական ոտնահարում է քաղաքացիական բնակչության կյանքի իրավունքն ու անվտանգությունը, մյուս կենսական իրավունքները: Սա ապացուցվում է հենց այս միջադեպով ու ավելին՝ մեքենայի մեջ եղել է նաև երեխա։ Ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների հեռացումն անհրաժեշտ է մարդկանց խախտված իրավունքները և բնականոն կյանքը վերականգնելու համար: Նման միջադեպեր պարբերաբր են գրանցվում:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի այս հետևությունը հիմնավորվում է նաև երեկ Արցախի Մարտունու շրջանի Կարմիր Շուկա և Թաղավարդ համայնքների, Ասկերանի շրջանի Նախիջևանիկ համայնքի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական կրակոցներով, որոնք վնաս են հասցրել քաղաքացիական բնակիչներին, իսկ կրակոցներից մեկն էլ եղել է մանկապարտեզից 50 մետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող տան ուղղությամբ: Այս փաստերը երեկ հաստատել են Արցախից պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններով:
Այս փաստերը կներկայացվեն միջազգային կառույցներին՝ կապված ադրբեջանական հանցավոր արարքների և նրաց հեռացման հրատապ անհրաժեշտության հետ:
