Պետությունը անվճար դասագրքեր կտրամադրի ոչ պետական դպրոցների տարրական դասարանների աշակերտներին

Պետությունը հանրակրթական հիմնական ծրագրերով նախատեսված անվճար դասագրքեր կտրամադրի նախնական կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնող ոչ պետական հանրակրթական հաստատությունների 1-ին, 2-րդ, 3-րդ եւ 4-րդ դասարանների աշակերտների համար։

Այս մասին ԱԺ գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, սփյուռքի, երիտասարդության եւ սպորտի հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում «Կրթության մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության պատգամավոր Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը։ Դասագրքերը ձեռք կբերվեն պետբյուջեի հաշվին։

«Գործող օրենսդրության համաձայն՝ պետությունը պետբյուջեի հաշվին անվճար գրքեր է տրամադրում միայն պետական հանրակրթական հաստատություններում սովորող դպրոցականներին»,- ասաց Գաբրիելյանը։ Այսօր հանրապետությունում գործում են մոտ 48 ոչ պետական դպրոցներ, որոնց տարրական դասարաններում սովորում է ավելի քան 4000 երեխա։

Միաժամանակ, պետական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տարրական դասարաններում սովորում է ավելի քան 54 000 երեխա։ Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի փոխնախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը ներկայացրեց կառավարության դրական եզրակացությունը։ Ավելին, համեմատաբար կարճ քննարկումներից հետո օրինագիծը ստացավ մշտական խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի դրական եզրակացությունը։
