Թուրքիան Ղազախստանի իրադարձությունները փորձում է օգտագործել պանթյուրքիստական կազմակերպությունն ուժեղացնելու և դրան ռազմական բնույթ հաղորդելու նպատակով

Ղազախստանում տեղի ունեցող դեպքերի մասին զրուցել ենք թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանի հետ։
Հարցին, թե Թուրքիայում ինչպե՞ս են արձագանքում Ղազախստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին` թուրքագետը ասաց․ «Պաշտոնական արձագանքների համաձայն՝ Թուրքիայի նախաձեռնությամբ պետք է տեղի ունենա թյուրքական երկրների կազմակերպության նիստը, որտեղ պետք է քննարկվեն Ղազախստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները: Թուրքիայի պաշտոնական շրջանակները սկսում են արդեն խոսել այն մասին, որ այդ թյուրքական կազմակերպությունը պետք է ունենա իր հատուկ մեխանիզմները նաև ռազմական բնագավառում, ինչը մինչև հիմա չունի, այսինքն՝ Ղազախստանի իրադարձությունները փորձում են օգտագործել այդ պանթյուրքիստական կազմակերպությունն ուժեղացնելու և դրան ռազմական բնույթ հաղորդելու նպատակով: Թուրքիայի քաղաքական ուժերը փորձում են կատարվողն այնպես ներկայացնել, թե դա պետք է դաս հանդիսանա, որպեսզի Թուրքիան իր զինված ուժերն ավելի ուժեղացնի, որ թույլ չտա այլ պետություններ, օրինակ՝ Ռուսաստանը, Ղազախստանի իրադարձություններից օգուտներ քաղեն ու ուժեղացնեն իրենց դիրքերը Ղազախստանում: Մամուլի արձագանքը կարելի է մի քանի մասի բաժանել. պանթյուրքիստական լրատվամիջոցները վերջին օրերին արդեն բացահայտ սկսեցին գրել, որ Ղազախստանում տեղի է ունենում ռուսական ու ՀԱՊԿ օկուպացիա, որ պետք է եղբայր ղազախ ժողովուրդը պայքար սկսի օկուպանտների դեմ, իսկ այդ պայքարին պետք է օգնել: Իշխանությունների հետ կապ ունեցող մամուլն ավելի զգուշավոր է փորձում գրել Ղազախստանում կատարվողի մասին, բայց երևում է, որ նաև իշխանամետ մամուլն է սկսում հակառուսական գիծ տանել, ներկայացնում է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը և մանավանդ ռուսները օկուպանտներ են»:
