2022թ. հունվարի 11-ին Արդբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերը, կոպտորեն խախտելով հրադադարի ռեժիմը, տարբեր զինատեսակների, այդ թվում հրազենային միջոցներից բացի, հրետանային միջոցների և անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառությամբ, ազգային ատելության շարժառիթով, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանելու դիտավորությամբ ինտենսիվ կրակ են վարել ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասում՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի` ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի հատվածում տեղակայված հայկական մարտական հենակետերի ուղղությամբ:

Այս թեմայի շուրջ զրուցել ենք ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանի հետ:

Հարցին, թե երեկվա սադրանքների նպատակը ո՞րն էր` ադրբեջանագետն ասաց. «Ադրբեջանն իր առաջ մի քանի նպատակ է դրել. մինչև երեկվա դեպքերը, նրանք որոշակի սադրանքների դիմեցին նաև Արցախում. Կարմիր Շուկայի ուղղությամբ էին կրակում, քարերով մեքենաներին հարվածում: Ալիևի տարեվերջյան ելույթը ևս մեկ անգամ խոսում էր այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը պետք է գնա «խաղաղության պայմանագրի» ստորագրմանը՝ հակառակ դեպքում կզղջա: Ադրբեջանը ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա փորձում է ամեն ձևով ճնշում գործադրել Հայաստանի վրա ու հասնել այդ պայմանագրի կնքմանը, որը բացառապես բխելու է Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի շահերից: Այսօր էլ՝ էսկալացիայից մեկ օր անց, տեղի է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարարների հեռախոսազրույցը, որի ընթացքում Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարարը նշել է, որ ցանկացած պահի պատրաստ են օգնելու Ադրբեջանին, իրենց բնորոշմամբ՝ Հայաստանի ագրեսիային կամ սադրանքներին դիմակայելու համար: Ակնհայտ ու հրապարակային ռազմական աջակցության առաջարկ է արվում, թեև մենք գիտենք, որ այդ պետությունները միասնական են գործում, բայց, փաստացի, արդեն ցույց են տալիս նաև Հայաստանի սահմանի հետ կապված իրենց համատեղ ծրագրերը: Բնականաբար, այս հարցում նաև առաջնահերթ է միջանցքի թեման ու այդ համատեքստում պատահական չէ, որ հունվարի 3-ին Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարարը խոսել է այն մասին, որ պետք է Զանգեզուրի ու Բերձորի (Լաչինի) միջանցքների հարցը լուծվի: Այսինքն,մի կողմից մենք ունենք Ադրբեջանի կողմից դրված հստակ նպատակներ Հայաստանի հետ կապված՝ տարածքային նկրտումներ, ճնշման գործիքակազմի կիրառում, մյուս կողմից՝ թուրք-ադրբեջանական համատեղ ծրագրեր ու, իհարկե, աշխարհաքաղաքական պայքար Թուրքիայի ու Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության գոտիների միջև: Ղազախստանի վերջին դեպքերը, Ուկրաինան, սպասվող բանակցությունները, իհարկե, իրենց ազդեցությունն ունենում են»:
