«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ղազախստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները, այսպես թե այնպես, դարձել են նաև ներհայաստանյան քննարկումների հիմնական թեմաներից մեկը։ Բնականաբար, հնչում են ամենատարբեր գնահատականներ՝ հատկապես կապված ՀԱՊԿ զորակազմ ուղարկելու և այդ հարցում Հայաստանի ղեկավարության որոշումների և քայլերի հետ: Սակայն այստեղ ոչ պակաս էական է իշխանական և մերձիշխանական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների պահվածքը: Նախ՝ պետք է արձանագրել, որ նշյալ իրադարձություններին բավական ակտիվ ու զգայուն արձագանք տվեցին հատկապես, այսպես կոչված, «արևմտյան» ՀԿ-ներն ու քաղաքական դաշտի արևմտյան կողմնորոշում ունեցող ուժերը, որոնք գրեթե բոլորն էլ անթաքույց «նիկոլամերձ» են։

Ուշագրավ է, որ այդ շրջանակները ավելի հանգիստ ընդունեցին պատերազմը, կապիտուլ յացիան, հսկայական տարածքների կորուստը, հազարավոր զոհերը, սակայն մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրեցին ՀԱՊԿ-ի մասով Հայաստանի իշխանության դիրքորոշման հետ կապված, քանի որ հիանալի առիթ էր ստեղծվել հակառուսական և հակաՀԱՊԿ-ական հիստերիայի նոր ալիք ապահովելու համար։

Մյուս կողմից՝ շատ հետաքրքրական է, եթե չասենք՝ խորհրդանշական, նույն այդ շրջանակների որոշ ներկայացուցիչների ցավագին արձագանքը այն կարծիքների հետ կապված, թե Ղազախստանում կատարվածում առկա են թուրքական հետք և պանթուրքիստական ծրագրի տարրեր։ Ստացվում է՝ Հայաստանում կան հասարակական ու քաղաքական շրջանակներ, որոնք խիստ վիրավորվել են նման պնդումներից, ավելին՝ նրանցից ոմանք անգամ պահանջում են ապացույցներ և փաստեր՝ կատարվածի մեջ թուրանական հետք ցույց տալու համար։
