Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է ստանալ հավաստիացում, որ Հայաստանն Արցախը համարում է Ադրբեջան

Երեկ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին Գեղարքունիքի հատվածից ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հարձակում է տեղի ունեցել:
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Բենիամին Պողոսյանի հետ:
Հարցին, թե արդյոք լարվածությունն արդյո՞ք կապ ունի ՀԱՊԿ-ի որոշման և Ղազախստան խաղաղապահ ուժեր ուղարկելու հետ` քաղաքագետն ասաց. «Նախ և առաջ եկեք հասկանանք, թե ինչ ռացիոնալ պատճառ կարող է լինել վերջին դեպքերի հետ, խոսքը միայն հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին լարվածության մասին չէ, երկու օր առաջ էլ Արցախում հարձակում տեղի ունեցավ: Մինչև դեկտեմբերի կեսերը հասկանալի էր, թե ինչու է Ադրբեջանը սրում սահմանային լարվածությունը, ճնշում գործադրում, ներխուժում հայկական տարածքներ: Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում էր անուղղակիորեն գոնե ստանալ հավաստիացում, որ Հայաստանն Արցախը համարում է Ադրբեջան և ցանկանում էր Սյունիքի մարզով ճանապարհներ ստանալ դեպի Նախիջևան: Եվ կարծես թե դեկտեմբերի կեսերից սկսած այդ խնդիրները լուծվեցին՝ դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Բրյուսելում պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց, որ գոնե երկաթուղին (Երևան-Երասխ-Օրդուբադ-Մեղրի-Հորադիզ-Բաքու) գործելու է Սյունիքի մարզում, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 24-ին էլ իր մամուլի ասուլիսում վարչապետը նշեց՝ զրո տոկոս շանս կա, որ Արցախը կարող է չլինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում՝ փաստացի ակնարկելով, որ Արցախը պետք է լինի Ադրբեջանի կազմում: Դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Բրյուսելում կայացած հանդիպումը և դրան դեկտեմբերի 24-ին հաջորդած Փաշինյանի ասուլիսը, ըստ էության, Ադրբեջանի պահանջների կատարման մասին էին: Ադրբեջանը, երևի թե, դրանից ավելին չէր էլ կարող երազել: Դրա համար, եթե մայիսից սկսած մինչև 2021-ի դեկտեմբերի կեսերը հասկանալի էր, թե ինչու է Ադրբեջանը ավելացնում ռազմական ճնշումն ու շանտաժը, ապա դեկտեմբերի կեսերից սկսած այդ պատճառը վերացել է: Հիմա մենք պետք է հասկանանք՝ ի՛նչն է փոխվել վերջին օրերի ընթացքում մինչև 2022-ի հունվարի 10-ը: Կարող է լինել երկու պատճառ. առաջին՝ ինչ-որ փակ խողովակներով Հայաստանի կառավարությունը փոխանցել է, որ իր դիրքորոշումը այս հարցերի շուրջ փոխվել է, այսինքն, ինքն արդեն չի ցանկանում երկաթուղային միջանցք կամ ճանապարհ տրամադրել Սյունիքի մարզի տարածքով, իսկ Արցախի հարցում էլ գտնում է, որ Հադրութի շրջանը և Շուշին օկուպացված են, Ադրբեջանը պետք է այդտեղից դուրս գա և այլն: Այս հանգամանքը ես շատ քիչ հավանական եմ համարում, որովհետև եթե նման բան լիներ, հաստատ որևէ կերպ հասանելի կլիներ այդ տեղեկությունը: Իսկ երկրորդ պատճառը և իմ կարծիքով՝ այդ ամենի ռացիոնալ բացատրությունը ղազախական իրադարձություններն են»:
