INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀինգշաբթի թուրքական լիրան թուլացել է գրեթե 3 տոկոսով՝ մեկ օր առաջ կորցնելով իր շահույթի զգալի մասը, քանի որ աճող գնաճի հետ կապված մտահոգությունները շարունակվում են արտահանման եւ աճի խթանման անսովոր քաղաքականության ֆոնին, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը:
Անցյալ տարի լիրան դոլարի նկատմամբ կորցրեց իր արժեքի 44 տոկոսը, իսկ լիակատար արժութային ճգնաժամը շրջվեց դեկտեմբերին՝ մասամբ թանկ արժութային միջամտությունների եւ կառավարության խթանման շնորհիվ, որոնք ուղղված էին ներդրողների համար դոլարն ավելի քիչ գրավիչ դարձնելուն:
Գրինվիչի ժամանակով ժամը 09:05-ին լիրան դոլարի նկատմամբ վաճառվում էր 13.5550-ով:
Թրեյդերներից մեկը, ով հրաժարվել է հրապարակել իր անունը, ասել է, որ քայլը պայմանավորված է գործարքների փոքր ծավալներով, որոնք առաջացել են շուկայում օտարերկրացիների բացակայության եւ ընկերությունների ու անհատների կողմից արտարժույթի պահանջարկի անկման պատճառով: «Երբ մենք ամեն ինչ միասին դնենք, այն գումարներով գործարքները, որոնք նախկինում չէին փոխի լիրայի շուկան, այժմ կարող են փոխել շուկայի ուղղությունը 3 տոկոսով»,- ասել է թրեյդերը:
Նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանի ճնշման ներքո, ով ավելի մեծ աճի է ձգտում արտադրության եւ արտահանման ավելացման միջոցով, Կենտրոնական բանկը սեպտեմբերից իջեցրել է տոկոսադրույքը 500 բազիսային կետով՝ մինչեւ 1 տոկոս:
Փոխարժեքի ոչ ավանդական կրճատումն անցած տարվա վերջին արժութային ճգնաժամի հանգեցրեց ՝ դեկտեմբերին գնաճը հասցնելով Էրդողանի իշխանության օրոք 19 տարվա ամենաբարձր մակարդակին:
Դեկտեմբերի վերջին դոլարի նկատմամբ լիրայի փոխարժեքի ռեկորդային ցածր մակարդակից հետո՝ 18.4, Էրդողանը հայտարարեց ավանդատուներին ավանդներն արտարժույթի փոխակերպելու սխեմայի մասին՝ փոխհատուցելով ավանդատուներին լիրայի թուլությունից առաջացած ցանկացած կորուստ:
Capital Economics-ի զարգացող շուկաների ավագ տնտեսագետ Ջեյսոն Թյուվին ասել է, որ տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ արժութային ճգնաժամի սկզբնական փուլերում տնտեսությունը լավ է պահպանվել:
«Մենք կասկածում ենք, որ դա շատ ավելի երկար կտեւի, քանի որ դեկտեմբերին լիրայի շատ մեծ անկումից առաջացած ավելի աղետալի հետեւանքները նվազում են», - ասաց նա:
Համաշխարհային բանկն այս շաբաթ նվազեցրեց Թուրքիայի աճի իր կանխատեսումը 2022 թվականին՝ ավելի վաղ 4.5 տոկոսից հասցնելով 2 տոկոսի, մինչդեռ տնտեսագետները կանխատեսում էին, որ առաջին կիսամյակում գնաճը կհասնի 50 տոկոսի:
