INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀԱՊԿ խաղաղապահները Ղազախստանում կատարել են իրենց առաջադրանքը. ժամանակն է, որ ռուս զինծառայողները տուն վերադառնան, հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը։ Զորքերի դուրսբերումը նախատեսվում է ավարտել հունվարի 19-ին, գրում է Forbes-ը:
«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, մենք պետք է տուն վերադառնանք. մենք կատարել ենք մեր խնդիրը», - ասել է Պուտինը պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։
Շոյգուն ասել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ խաղաղապահների դուրսբերումը Ղազախստանից կավարտվի հունվարի 19-ին։ Նա նշել է, որ դուրսբերումը սկսվում է հունվարի 13-ից, օբյեկտներն աստիճանաբար կտեղափոխվեն Ղազախստանի պաշտպանության տակ։
Հունվարի 5-ին Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ Ժոմարտ Տոկաևը լուծարել է կառավարությունը և դարձել Անվտանգության խորհրդի ղեկավար։ Իր գլխավորությամբ Անվտանգության խորհրդի առաջին նիստում Տոկաևը Ղազախստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը որակել է որպես պետության ամբողջականությունը խաթարող և նշել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ից օգնություն է խնդրել «ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքը հաղթահարելու համար»։ ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհուրդը որոշել է հավաքական խաղաղապահ ուժեր ուղարկել Ղազախստան՝ երկրում իրավիճակը կարգավորելու համար։ Հունվարի 7-ին Տոկաևը հայտարարել է, որ ահաբեկիչները, այդ թվում՝ արտասահմանից ժամանածները, շարունակում են դիմադրել, և խոստացել է ոչնչացնել նրանց, ովքեր վայր չեն դրել զենքերը։
