Ամանորի ոչ աշխատանքային օրերը կրճատելն ու տնտեսական աճն իրար հետ կապ չունեն

Ամանորի ոչ աշխատանքային տոները կրճատվելու և դրա տնտեսական հետևանքների մասին զրուցել ենք տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանի հետ։
Հարցին, թե արդյոք տոների կրճատումը կարող է ազդել տնտեսական ակտիվության վրա` տնտեսագետն ասաց․ «Ամանորի ոչ աշխատանքային օրերը կրճատելն ու տնտեսական աճն իրար հետ կապ չունեն: Մի տեղ պլյուս է տալիս, մի տեղ՝ մինուս: Ասենք, մարդիկ, եթե պետք է գնային Ծաղկաձոր՝ 7-8 օր հանգստանալու, չգնացին, որովհետև հունվարի 3-ը և 4-ը աշխատանքային օրեր էին։ Մի շարք մասնավոր ընկերություններ, հատկապես՝ խոշոր գործատուներ, աշխատանքը սկսել են հունվարի 7-ից հետո: Հայաստանում բանկերը չնայած սկսել են աշխատել հունվարի 3-ից, սակայն գործարքներ գրեթե չեն կատարվել, փոխանցումներ չեն արել, որը վկայում է տնտեսական ցածր ակտիվության մասին: Եվ, առհասարակ, հանգստյան օրերի հաշվին տնտեսական աճ ապահովելու գաղափարն ուղղակի անտրամաբանական է, քանի որ, լավ, այս տարի ապահովեցիր, մյուս տարի ի՞նչ ես անելու, շաբաթ-կիրակիներն ես հանելո՞ւ: Կամ` փետրվարը երկու օրով կարող են ավելացնել, էլի տնտեսական աճ կապահովվե՞ն»։
Անդրադառնալով գնաճին` Սուրեն Պարսյանն ասաց․ «Գնաճն ու տնտեսական աճը ոչ թե իրար հակասող երևույթներ են, այլ կարող են նաև իրար լրացնել: Խնդիրն այն է, մեզ մոտ, եթե նայում ենք տնտեսական ակտիվությունը, դա հանքարդյունաբերությունն է, շինարարությունը: Այս ոլորտները մարդկանց բարեկեցության վրա չեն ազդում: Մենք այդ ոլորտների հաշվին ենք տնտեսական աճ արձանագրել 2021 թվականի ընթացքում: Ասեմ ավելին՝ դեռևս 2019 թվականի ՀՆԱ ցուցանիշները չունենք: Մեր հարևան երկրները, ի տարբերություն մեզ, դա հաղթահարել են: Օրինակ, Վրաստանը 2020թ. ուներ 6 տոկոսանոց անկում, 2021թվականին նրանց տնտեսական աճը 8 տոկոս է»։
