Խցանման մեջ ես՝ ուրախացիր՝ տնտեսությունն է աճում. Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի այլաբանական բառարանը
POLITICSԸստ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանի այլաբանական բառարանի, սա ոչ թե խցանման մեջ ազդանշան տվող վարորդների ջղաձգման մասին տեսանյութ է, այլ տնտեսական աճի ուղիղ ցուցիչ: Ըստ Քերոբյանի՝ որքան երկար է խցանումը, այնքան լավ վիճակում է գտնվում տնտեսությունը:
Երկրի տնտեսության համար պատասխանատու անձն առաջին անգամ չէ, որ տրամաբանությունից զուրկ հայտարարություն է անում, բայց այս անգամվա ասածները գերազանցել են մինչ այժմ ասած բոլոր «գոհարներին»: Եթե առաջնորդվելու լինենք Քերոբյանի այլաբանական բառարանով, ապա ձյունն ուղիղ խթանիչ է տնտեսական աճի համար, քանզի այն հատկապես Երևանի փողոցներում մի քանի ժամանոց խցանում է ապահովում: Տնտեսական աճի դարդուցավով են տառապում նաև կարգազանց վարորդները, որոնք, խախտելով երթևեկության կանոնները, վթարի են ենթարկվում: Առավել մտահոգ վարորդներն անգամ շղթայական վթար են ստեղծում, որ խցանումը մի քանի կիլոմետրի հասնի:
Դե իսկ Հայաստանի հպարտ ու արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիներն այժմ կարող են առցանց տաքսիների հավելվածի միջոցով հետևել Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի տեմպերին՝ ծանոթանալով խցանումների աստիճաններին:
Տնտեսական աճի մասին այլաբանական մտորումներ ունեցող նախարարին սակայն իրականություն վերադարձնենք՝ նշելով տեսության ոչ այդքան բարվոք վիճակի մասին վկայող մի քանի իրական ցուցիչներ: Այսպես՝ Հայաստանում աղքատության մակարդակը նախորդ տարի բարձրացել է 0.6 տոկոսով: 2021-ի առաջին եռամսյակում Հայաստանը լքել է մոտ 55.000 մարդ՝ նախորդ տարվա 11 հազարի համեմատ:
Տնտեսական աճը՝ կառավարության սպասած 6 %-ի փոխարեն՝ 4.2 % է եղել: Սսպառողական շուկայում 12-ամսյա գնաճը, այսինքն՝ 2021-ի դեկտեմբերը 2020-ի դեկտեմբերի նկատմամբ, կազմել է 7.7 տոկոս: Սննդամթերք և ոչ ալկոհոլային խմիչքների գնաճը եղել է համապատասխան 12.9 և 3 տոկոս:
Եվ եթե այս թվերը լսելուց հետո պարոն Քերոբյանը շարունակի այլաբանորեն մտածել, ապա նրան խորհուրդ ենք տալիս, օրինակ, գերմանական փոքրիկ քաղաք մեկնել, որտեղ առհասարակ խցանումներ չեն լինում, բայց դա չի խանգարում, որ երկիրը կառավարողները ճիշտ քաղաքականություն մշակեն ու իրական տնտեսական աճ ապահովեն:
