ԱԺ նստաշրջանը թեժ է լինելու. պատգամավորներին զգուշացվել է չբացակայել. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Հունվարի 17-ին մեկնարկելիք ԱԺ նստաշրջանը խոստանում է թեժ լինել: Բանն այն է, որ այդ օրերին միանգամից չորս ընտրություն է լինելու՝ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի, Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալի եւ ՀՌՀ երկու անդամների: Նկատենք, որ իշխանություններին անհանգստացնում է հատկապես Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ընտրությունը, որի թեկնածուն Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանն է: Նշենք, որ, «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» օրենքի համաձայն, բոլոր անձերին վերաբերող քվեարկությունները, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ընտրվում է փակ-գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ, պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի ձայների առնվազն երեք հինգերորդով:
107 պատգամավոր ունեցող խորհրդարանում այդ թիվը կազմում է 64, եւ հենց սա է անհանգստացնում իշխանականներին, քանի որ խորհրդարանում ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորների թիվը 71-ն է: Այսինքն՝ շատ բացականեր ունենալու պարագայում ՄԻՊ-ի ընտրությունը կարող է պարզապես տապալվել: Եվ հենց դա է պատճառը, որ արդեն բոլոր պատգամավորներին զգուշացվել է այդ օրերին ուշադիր լինել եւ չբացակայել նիստերից: Նկատենք, որ այսօր տեղի կունենա ԱԺ խորհրդի նիստ, եւ միայն դրանից հետո կհաստատվի նախագծերի հերթականությունը, եւ պարզ կդառնա, թե կոնկրետ որ օրն է տեղի ունենալու ընտրությունը: Իսկ մինչ այդ նկատենք, որ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը դեռ չի հանդիպել ՄԻՊ թեկնածուին. հանդիպումը տեղի կունենա հաջորդ շաբաթ:
Մյուս ընդդիմադիր՝ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունն արդեն հասցրել է հանդիպում ունենալ, սակայն ընտրության մասով որոշում չունեն: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում հարցին՝ ինչպես եք քվեարկելու, ընդդիմադիր խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ագնեսա Խամոյանը նշեց. «Դեռ քննարկում այդ հարցով ֆրակցիան չի ունեցել»:
