INTERNATIONAL NEWSՂազախստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը լիովին ցույց տվեց ՀԱՊԿ ուժերի արդիականությունն ու արդյունավետությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, այս մասին մամուլի ասուլիսում նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը:
«Կարծում եմ, որ Ղազախստանում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, որով պայմանավորված Ղազախստանի նախագահը, ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրության համապատասխան, դիմեց իր դաշնակիցներին, ցույց տվեց, որ վերջին տարիներին ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործադրած ջանքերը խաղաղապահ կարողություններ ձևավորելու համար շատ արդյունավետ էին ու պահանջված: Գիտեք, ինչպես ասում են, ցանկանում ես խաղաղություն, պատրաստվիր պատերազմի, բայց փառք Աստծո, գործը պատերազմի չհասավ»,- ասել է Լավրովը:
Նա հավելել է, որ, իր կարծիքով, խաղաղապահ ուժերի ներուժն իր կենսունակությունն ապացուցեց ողջ աշխարհին։
ՀԱՊԿ hավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նախագահ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևի դիմումի հիման վրա և Ղազախստանի ազգային անվտանգությանն ու ինքնիշխանությանը սպառնացող վտանգի բերումով, որն առաջացել է այդ թվում՝ արտաքին միջամտության հետևանքով, ՀԱՊԿ hավաքական անվտանգության խորհուրդը Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի 4-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն որոշում էր կայացրել սահմանափակ ժամանակահատվածով Ղազախստանի Հանրապետություն ուղարկել ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական խաղաղապահ ուժեր՝ այդ երկրում իրավիճակի կայունացման և կարգավորման նպատակով։
ՀԱՊԿ-ի խաղաղապահների ստորաբաժանումներն ավարտել են իրենց առաքելությունը Ղազախստանում: Հունվարի 14-ին Հայաստանի, Տաջիկստանի եւ Ղրղզստանի խաղաղապահների ստորաբաժանումները հեռացել են Ալմաթիից եւ մեկնել մշտական տեղաբաշխման վայրեր:
