Կառավարության շենքի մոտ նախօրեին բողոքի ակցիա են անում քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչները՝ բարձրացնելով անվտանգության հարցերը։

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք իրավապաշտպան Նինա Կարապետյանցի հետ։

Անդրադառնալով անվտանգության հարցերին իրավապաշտպանն ասաց, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները չեն զսպում ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան, Ռուսաստանն ու ՀԱՊԿ-ը չեն արձագանքում ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային։ Հայաստանը պետք է դուրս գա այս համակարգերից, հակառակ դեպքում անընդհատ կորուստներ ենք ունենում. «Մեկ տարուց ավելի է՝ մենք հասկանում ենք, որ անվտանգության այն մեխանիզմները, որոնք մեզ առաջարկվում են, չեն աշխատում։ Եվ դրանք չեն աշխատում պարբերաբար, հետևողական և մեզ նոր զոհեր ու կորուստներ են տալիս։ Այսպես չի կարող շարունակվել, պետք է մտածել նոր տարբերակներ, նոր առաջարկներ անել, նոր գործընթացներ սկսել։ Մենք չենք կարող անընդհատ զոհ տալ։ Մի քանի հազար զոհ ենք ունեցել պատերազմի ընթացքում, և հիմա փաստացի իբր խաղաղ պայմաններում մենք ունենում ենք նոր զոհեր։ Սրա լուծումը, օրինակ, կարող է լինել այլ խաղաղապահ ուժերի ներգրավումը տարածաշրջանում, մոնիտորինգային խմբերի ներգրավումը։ Բայց այն, ինչ մեզ առաջրկվում է, դա չի աշխատում։ Այն համակարգերը, որտեղ մենք ներգրավված ենք կամ այն միջոցները` նույն ռուսական խաղաղապահների առկայությունը խնդիրը չի լուծում։ Մենք չենք ստանում ոչ ՀԱՊԿ արձագանքը, ոչ ռուսական արձագանքը։ Այսպիսի արհամարհական վերաբերմունք, երբ կա խնդիր ու չկա որևէ արձագանք, այսպիսի վերաբերմունքը չի կարող շարունակվել։ Ակնհայտ է, որ մենք ունենք շահերի բախում մեր ռազմավարական գործընկեր պետության հետ։ Այս պայմաններում մենք պետք է փորձենք ի նպաստ Հայաստանի գործել, այս պահին թիվ մեկ խնդիրը ՀՀ անվտանգությունն է և ՀՀ քաղաքացու կյանքի գինն է, որը մենք անընդհատ վճարում ենք։ Գուցե եվրոպական երկրների խաղաղապահ զորքեր լինեն, համատեղ մոիտորինգային գործիքակազմի ներդրում, այլ մեխանիզմներ, բայց այն, որ այս համակարգը չի աշխատում, դա արդեն փաստված է տարի ու ավելի ժամանակաշրջանում»։
