Առողջապահության նախարարությունը հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստանում արձանագրվել են կորոնավիրուսի «օմիկրոն» շտամով վարակվածության դեպքեր։

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք վարակաբան Արմեն Օհանյանի հետ։

Անդրադառնալով համավարակի նոր ալիքին` վարակաբանն ասաց, որ ամենայն հավանականությամբ առաջիկայում Հայաստանում հիվանդացության շեշտակի ավելացում է լինելու. « Հայաստանում կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի նոր ալիք է սպասվում և համավարակը շարունակվում է այնպես, ինչպես եվրոպական երկրներում։ Յուրաքանչյուր բռնկում, եթե դիտարկենք, հիվանդացությունն ըստ օրինաչափության գնում է։ Դեռ նոյեմբեր ամսին պարզ էր, որ մենք հունվարի երկրորդ կեսին, փետրվարին ունենալու ենք բավական մեծ բարձրացում, հնարավոր է անգամ գերազանցենք այն թվերը, որոնք նախկինում ենք ունեցել։ Հայաստանում «օմիկրոնով» վարակվածության շատ դեպքեր չկան, փորձ կուտակված չէ, բայց միջազգային փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ տոկոսային առումով այս տեսակն ավելի քիչ է առաջացնելու հիվանդանոցային բուժօգնության կարիք, հետևաբար, նաև ծանր դեպքերն ու մահվան ելքերն են քիչ լինելու։ Տոկոսային առումով, եթե մենք օրական ոչ թե ունենանք 1000 դեպք, այլ 3000 դեպք, միևնույն է, մեր առողջապահական համակարգը նույնկերպ կծանրաբեռնվի, ինչպես 1000 դեպքի ժամանակ «դելտա» տարբերակի դեպքում։ Հետևաբար, շատ կարևոր է, որ ամբուլատոր համակարգը պատրաստ լինի սրան։ Այս դեպքում ավելի շատ ծանրաբեռնվելու է հենց ամբուլատոր հոսքը, որովհետև հիվանդների ավելի քիչ մասն է վատանալու և հասնելու հիվանդանոց։ Այսինքն՝ պետք է լինելու, որ ամբուլատորիայի բժիշկը մինչև վերջ վարի։ Մենք երկու տարի է՝ այս հիվանդության մեջ ենք, բայց շատ ընտանեկան բժիշկներ, տեղամասային թերապևտներ դեռ լիարժեք պատկերացում չունեն, թե իրենց քայլերի հաջորդականությունը ոնց է լինելու»։
