Թուրքական կողմում փոխզիջումների գնալու միտումներ չկան

Մոսկվայում ավարտվեց հայ և թուրք հատուկ բանագնացների առաջին հանդիպումը, սակայն հանդիպումից դեռևս մանրամասները հայտնի չեն։

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Սաֆրաստյանի հետ։

Հարցին, թե թուրքական կողմն ի՞նչ ակնկալիքներ ունի այս հանդիպումից` թուրքագետն ասաց. «Թուրքական կողմը հիմնականում ընդգծում է, որ Թուրքիան պետք է դնի իր նախապայմանները, պահանջի, որ Հայաստանը ընդունի այդ 3+1 նախապայմանները: Թուրքական կողմում նոր մոտեցումներ, փոխզիջումների գնալու միտումներ չկան: Թուրքիայում իրենց ակնկալիքների մասին չեն էլ գրում, որովհետև համոզված են, որ իրենց այս անգամ կհաջողվի ճնշում գործադրել Հայաստանի վրա ու ընդունել տալ բոլոր այդ նախապայմանները: «Ենի շաֆաք» թերթը, որը շատ մոտ է կանգնած Էրդողանին, դեռ դեկտեմբերի մեկնաբանություններից մեկում ասում էր, որ Լաչինի ու Զանգեզուրի միջանցքները բանալի են Կովկասում նոր դարաշրջան բացելու համար, այսինքն ակնկալվում է, որ մեծ ճնշում կգործադրվի Հայաստանի վրա նաև Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի մասով»:

Հարցին, թե մենք ի՞նչ պետք է ակնկալենք այս հանդիպումից` թուրքագետն ասաց. «Ես համոզված եմ, որ Թուրքիան ճնշումներ կգործադրի, դա ինձ համար ակնհայտ է: Շատ կարևոր կլինի, որ հայկական կողմը չենթարկվի այդ ճնշումներին ու այդ պահանջները չընդունի: Ես չեմ կարծում, որ Թուրքիան այս անգամ պատրաստ է ինչ-որ փոխզիջումային տարբերակի, ընդհակառակը՝ ավելի ուժեղ ճնշումներ կլինեն Հայաստանի վրա, որպեսզի օգտվեն Հայաստանի այս թուլացած վիճակից»:
