Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ կայացած խորհրդակցության շրջանակում քննարկվել են գինեգործության ոլորտի զարգացման հեռանկարները:

Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանը ներկայացրել է գինու արտադրության զարգացումը խթանելու վերաբերյալ կատարված ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները: Նա անդրադարձել է գինու համաշխարհային և հայաստանյան շուկաների վիճակագրությանը, միտումներին, 10 տարվա կտրվածքով զարգացման ուղղություններին, ակնկալվող ներդրումների ծավալին, նպատակային ցուցանիշներին, մարտահրավերներին և այլ հարցերի:

Քննարկում է ծավալվել հայկական գինու արտադրության, արտահանման և վաճառքի ծավալների խթանման հնարավորությունների և մեխանիզմների շուրջ: Գինեգործության զարգացման համատեքստում կարևորվել է գյուղատնտեսական մյուս բարեփոխումների և ծրագրերի հաջող իրականացումը՝ հողային ռեֆորմ, ինտենսիվ այգեգործություն և այլն: Մանրամասներ են ներկայացվել նաև հայկական գինիների աշխարհագրական մակնշման ընթացքի մասին:

Ամփոփելով քննարկումը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարևորել է գյուղատնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերի զարգացման ռազմավարությունների, ծրագրերի փոխգործելիությունը և ինտեգրումը Կառավարության գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրում: Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է Հայաստանի խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամի հարթակում ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկել համատեղ անելիքները՝ հաշվի առնելով խորհրդակցության արդյունքները:
