Նոյեմբերի 16-ին գերեվարվել է 32 հայ զինծառայող, որոնցից 6-ը դեռևս մնում են գերության մեջ. «Փաստինֆո»

Նոյեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքով գերեվարված հայ զինծառայողներից որևէ մեկը տուժող չի ճանաչվել, փոխարենը 6 հայրենադարձված ռազմագերու մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ-ից։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 16-ին ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայից հետո ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն հաղորդեց 13 գերեվարված և 24 անհետ կորած զինծառայողի մասին, սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ավելի ուշ հայտնեց, որ անհետ կորած համարվող 24 զինծառայողները գերեվարվել են և շրջանառության մեջ դրեց «24+8» բանաձևը։

«Փաստինֆո»-ն գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան Քննչական կոմիտեից պաշտոնապես հաստատել են, որ նոյեմբերի 16-ին ադրբեջանցիների կողմից գերեվարվել է 32 հայ զինծառայող, որոնցից հայրենիք վերադարձել 26-ը, իսկ 6 հոգին դեռեւս մնում են գերության մեջ։

ՔԿ-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ ՀԿԳ քննության վարչությունում քննվում է ՀՀ զինվորական կենտրոնական դատախազության կողմից՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ, 7-րդ, 13-րդ կետերի, 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ, 7-րդ, 13-րդ կետերի, 185-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի, 384-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 390-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով նոյեմբերի 16-ին հարուցված քրեական գործը։

«Քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտման, դրանք իրենց համակցության մեջ վերլուծության և համատեղ գնահատման արդյունքում, հարուցված վերոնշյալ քրեական գործի քննության շրջանակներում, 16.11.2021թ գերության մեջ հայտնված 32 զինծառայողներից հայրենիք վերադարձած 26 զինծառայողներից 6-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 365-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք, որոնց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը»,- հայտնել են ՔԿ ԶՔԳՎ ՀԿԳ-ից՝ հավելելով, որ որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված վերոնշյալ անձանցից երեքը հանդիսանում են սպաներ։

Բացի այդ, պարզվում է, որ գերությունից վերադարձած որևէ անձ տուժող չի ճանաչվել։
ՔԿ-ից նաև տեղեկացրել ենք, որ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ վերոնշյալ օրը գերության մեջ հայտնված թվով 6 զինծառայողներին ՀՀ վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ։
