 Բաքվի գործողություններին ու Ալիևի հայտարարություններին ի պատասխան Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստում ասաց, որ հետևողականորեն գնալու են խաղաղության դարաշրջան բացելու ճանապարհով՝ որքան էլ որոշ ուժեր ու անձինք փորձեն հակառակն ապացուցել։

Այս թեմայի շուրջ զրուցել ենք ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Սոֆիա Հովսեփյանի հետ։

Հարցին, թե ինչ կարծիք ունի այս հայտարարության մասին` նախկին պատգամավորն ասա. « Ոչ մի ուժ չի էլ փորձում իրեն խանգարել, որովհետև կարծես թե մեր ընդդիմությունը լռել ու նստել է ու թողնում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր սև գործը մինչև վերջ անի։ Այլևս ես չեմ ուզում որևէ ուժի մասին խոսել։ Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է խաղաղության դարաշրջան բացելու մասին հայտարարություններին, բոլորս ենք տեսնում, թե ինչեր է արժենում իր խաղաղության դարաշրջանը։ Բայց դա իր կյանքը կարժենա, վերջապես կգա մի պահ, որ այդ զսպանակն ինչքան էլ սեղմես, մի օր թռնելու է, այդ օրը գալու է»։

Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, որ Հայաստանի տարածքների նկատմամբ ոտնձգությունների դեպքում ՀԱՊԿ-ը չի արձագանքում, բայց շատ արագ գործեցին Ղազախստան զորք ուղարկելու հարցում։ Այս զարգացումներն ի՞նչ ենք ցույց տալիս` Սոֆիա Հովսեփյանն ասաց. « Սա տարրական անլրջություն է, որովհետև փաստացի մենք տեսանք, որ մեր խաղաղապահներն ու հատուկ ջոկատայինները գնացին ցույց ցրելու, մինչդեռ մենք ունենք երկրի տարածք ներխուժած ադրբեջանցիների հետ հարց լուծելու խնդիր, որը պետք է հենց այդ նույն ՀԱՊԿ նախագահությունը քննարկման դներ։ Նոյեմբերի 16-ին, երբ կարիք առաջացավ ՀԱՊԿ դիմելու, կրկին նույն խնդիրը եղավ, ինչ առաջին անգամ, երբ հորդորեցին գրավոր դիմել և այլն։ Սա ցույց տվեց, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը՝ որպես այդպիսին, Հայաստանի համար չկա։ Իսկ քանի որ այլ երկրի համար էր, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ որպես նախագահող, անմիջապես քայլեր ձեռնարկեց։ Սրանք շատ էժան գործողություններ էին։ Սա հետագայում մեր պետության հանդեպ լուրջ վերաբերմունքի խնդիր կառաջացնեն։ Եվ նա ուզում է, որ այլ պետություններն ավելի լո՞ւրջ վերաբերվեն մեր երկրին, այն դեպքում, երբ ինքն արհամարհված է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների կողմից, բայց նախահարձակ է լինում, ձեռնամուխ է լինում աջակցելու այլ երկրի ներքաղաքական խնդիրներին։ Ասում են՝ մեծ թուրանը չներթափանցեց Ղազախստան, բայց ինքն իր ձեռքով մեծ թուրանի ծրագիրն իրականացրեց Հայաստանում»։
