Ովքեր կստանան 50,000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով միանվագ դրամական օգնություն
SOCIETYԱրցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հաստատել է ԱՀ Կառավարության որոշումներ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում հաշվառված առանձին խմբերի անձանց համար միանվագ դրամական օգնություն սահմանելու մասին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից:
«Համաձայն որոշման՝ 50,000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով միանվագ դրամական օգնություն կստանան 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում հաշվառված հետևյալ խմբերի քաղաքացիները.
ա) 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում կենսաթոշակ ստացող անձինք,
բ) 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ ԱՀ-ում պարգևավճար ստացող անձինք,
գ) 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ 18 տարին չլրացած երեխաները:
Սույն որոշումը չի վերաբերում «Պետական պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած անձանց սոցիալական երաշխիքների մասին» օրենքով սահմանված կենսաթոշակ ստացող անձանց, ինչպես նաև պատերազմի հետևանքով Արցախի Հանրապետությունից տեղահանված կամ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում բնակելի անշարժ գույքը կորցրած քաղաքացիներին, որոնց ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշման համաձայն 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերից սկսած 4 ամիս ժամկետով տրամադրվել է ամսական դրամական օգնություն:
Կենսաթոշակառուներին և պարգևավճար ստացողներին դրամական օգնությունը կվճարվի կենսաթոշակի կամ պարգևավճարի վճարման հետ միասին, իսկ մնացած խմբերին՝ առանձին՝ անկանխիկ փոխանցման անհնարինության դեպքում՝ կանխիկ եղանակով: Դրամական օգնությունը նշանակվում է առանց գրավոր կամ առցանց եղանակով դիմում ներկայացնելու՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարարության կողմից տրամադրված՝ բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրի տվյալների հիման վրա։
Անչափահաս, անգործունակ կամ սահմանափակ գործունակ անձի դրամական օգնությունը նշանակվում և վճարվում է նրա օրինական ներկայացուցչին (ծնողին, խնամակալին, հոգաբարձուին)։
Կանխիկ եղանակով դրամական օգնություն ստանալու համար «Արցախփոստ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության մասնաճյուղ պետք է ներկայացվի անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը կամ նախարարության կողմից տրված տեղեկանքը։ Վճարումը կսկսվի մինչև փետրվարի 1-ը:
Հաստատված մեկ այլ որոշման համաձայն՝ 2021 թվականին ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշմամբ սահմանված ծրագրի (68,000-ական ՀՀ դրամ) պոտենցիալ շահառուները, որոնք համապատասխանում են նախանշված պայմաններին, բայց ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով չեն ընդգրկվել վճարային ցուցակներում և չեն օգտվել դրամական օգնությունից, կստանան գումարը ԱՀ կառավարության կողմից՝ յուրաքանչյուր բաց թողնված հաշվարկային ամսվա դիմաց: Վճարման գործընթացն արդեն սկսված է:
Որոշումներին ավելի մանրամասն ծանոթանալու համար քաղաքացիները կարող են դիմել Արցախի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի, սոցիալական և միգրացիայի հարցերի նախարարության աշխատակազմ՝ 114 հեռախոսահամարով»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
