Նախօրեին կայացավ Հայաստանի ու Թուրքիայի հատուկ բանագնացների առաջին հանդիպումը։

Այս թեմայի շուրջ զրուցել ենք ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանի հետ։

Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք հանդիպման վերաբերյալ կողմերի արտգործնախարարությունների տարածած հայտարարությունները բավարար էր` ադրբեջանագետն ասաց. « Դատելով հրապարակային հաղորդագրություններից՝ հանդիպումն ավելի շատ ճանաչողական բնույթ է կրել, և պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել հետագա հանդիպումները շարունակելու հարցում։ Կողմերը հանդիպումը գնահատել են դրական, դրանից բացի, նաև Ռուսաստանը, որը միջնորդական առաքելությամբ է հանդես գալիս այս գործընթացում, մամուլի հաղորդագրությամբ էր հանդես եկել՝ նշելով, որ կա դրա շարունակականության ապահովման պայմանավորվածություն։ Արևմուտքը ևս ողջունել է այդ գործընթացը։ Տեսնենք՝ հետագա զարգացումներն ինչպիսին կլինեն, կարծում եմ, որ այս փուլում դեռևս դժվար է հստակ դատողություններ անել, բայց, իմ դիտարկմամբ, Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանի հետ համաձայնեցված, հետագայում փորձելու է հստակ նախապայմաններով հանդես գալ այս գործընթացի շրջանակներում, բայց առայժմ ռուսական կողմն էլ կոչ է արել զերծ մնալ նման գործելաոճից: Առաջին հանդիպումը ճանաչողական բնույթի էր, փաստացի այլ տեղեկություն մենք չունենք»։

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ադրբեջանական կողմում ի՞նչ արձագանքներ կան` ադրբեջանագետն ասաց. « Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարը դեռևս դեկտեմբերի վերջին էր հայտարարել, որ շատ դրական են վերաբերվում հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, դրական քողի ներքո են հանդես գալիս, բայց պետք է հասկանալ, թե այդ քողի ներքո ինչ նպատակներ են դրել։ Նրանք այս գործընթացը ընկալում են կարևոր միջոց, որպեսզի հարկադրեն Հայաստանին գնալ խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը։ Հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումը շատ հստակ է՝ առանց նախապայմանների Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանների բացում: Այլ տեսլական հայկական կողմը չի ներկայացնում, իսկ Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի նպատակները պարզ են, սակայն որպեսզի գործընթացն ի սկզբանե դատապարտված չլինի, դեռ չեն խոսում այդ մասին»։
