«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
ԲԴԽ կողմից ընդունված վերջին շրջանի որոշումները, հատկապես կապված դատավոր Զարուհի Նախշքարյանի հետ, ինչպես նաև Ալեքսանդր Ազարյանի՝ Դատավորների միության նախագահ ընտրվելու փաստը պարզապես հիստերիայի հերթական ալիք են բարձրացրել, այսպես կոչված, սորոսական շրջանակների, մասնավորաբար այդ թևի «իրավապաշտպան» բլոկի ներկայացուցիչների շրջանում։ Այդ առիթով վերջին մի քանի օրերին նրանք բավական ակտիվ գրառումների ու հարցազրույցների շարքով են հանդես գալիս՝ առիթն օգտագործելով ու ևս մեկ անգամ բարձրացնելով իրենց համար այդքան սիրելի և օրակարգի թիվ մեկ հարց հանդիսացող՝ դատական համակարգը «քլնգելու» թեման։
Միմյանց հերթ չտալով՝ նրանք դարձյալ սկսել են խոսել դատական համակարգում վեթթինգ իրականացնելու և օր առաջ «անցումային արդարադատությունը» կյանքի կոչելու կարևորության մասին։ Նրանցից ոմանք նաև համակարգային լ յուստրացիայի թեման են վերստին հիշել։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս շրջանակներն իրենց գոյությունն ու ֆինանսավորումն արդարացնելու համար վերստին հարմար առիթ են գտել: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ ՀՀ-ում գործող «արևմտյան» «իրավապաշտպան» բլոկը պատրաստվում է հերթական «ֆլեշ մոբն» իրականացնել և վերոնշյալ թեմաներով աղմուկի նոր չափաբաժին նետել դաշտ:
