Հունվարի 20–ին տեղի կունենա Բերդի համայնքապետի գործով դատական 1–ին նիստը
SOCIETYՏավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հունվարի 20–ին, ժամը 15։00–ին տեղի կունենա Բերդ համայնքի ղեկավար Հարություն Մանուչարյանի գործով դատական առաջին նիստը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հարություն Մանուչարյանի պաշտպան Արման Թամրազյանը։
«Գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է Հարություն Մանուչարյանին կալանավորելուց երկու օր անց եւ ուղարկվել դատարան»,– ասաց պաշտպանը։
Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ հունվարի 27–ին էլ Վերաքննիչ դատարանում կքննվի Հարություն Մանուչարյանի խափանման միջոցի դեմ ներկայացված իր բողոքի քննությունը։
2021թ.–ի դեկտեմբերի վերջին, Բերդ համայնքի ավագանին դիմել էր ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանին, իսկ Բերդ համայնքի բնակավայրերի վարչական ղեկավարներներն էլ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ Բերդ համայնքի ղեկավար Հարություն Մանուչարյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը երաշխավորության փոփոխելու խնդրանքով։ Նրանք պատրաստակամություն էին հայտնել խափանման միջոցի փոփոխման դեպքում հանդես գալ անձնական երաշխավորությամբ։
Մանուչարյանի պաշտպան Արման Թամրազյանն ասաց, որ վարչապետի աշխատակազմից այդ դիմումն ուղարկվել է Գլխավոր դատախազին, որն էլ այն ուղարկել է դատարան։ Առաջիկա դատական նիստում հնարավոր է քննարկվի նաեւ այս հարցը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Գեւորգ Պողոսյանի նախագահությամբ, Բերդ համայնքի ղեկավար Հարություն Մանուչարյանին կալանավորելու որոշում էր կայացրել դեկտեմբերի 10–ին։
Հարություն Մանուչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին (պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելը) եւ 314-րդ մասին 1-ին մասերի հատկանիշներով (պաշտոնեական կեղծիքը)։
Հարություն Մանուչարյանն իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում։
Բերդի համայնքապետը մեկ ամսով կալանավորվել է. ըստ պաշտպանի՝ նա քաղաքական հետապնդման է ենթարկվում
