Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Թագավորական ռազմաօդային ուժերի C-17A Globemaster III ծանր ռազմա-փոխադրական առնվազն հինգ ինքնաթիռներ վերջին օրվա ընթացքում թռիչքներ են կատարել Ուկրաինա: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հետեւում Է արեւմտյան ավիառեսուրսների տվյալներից:

Բրիտանական ինքնաթիռները, որոնք թռել են Անգլիայի «Բրայն Նորթոն» ռազմաօդային բազայից, վայրԷջք են կատարել Կիեւում: Գործողությանը, մասնավորապես, գործի են դրվել RRR6891, RRR6890, RRR6888, RRR6887 եւ RRR6886 համարներով ինքնաթիռները: Յուրաքանչյուր C-17A Globemaster III-ը կարող Է տեղափոխել մինչեւ 77,7 տոննա բեռ:

Ավելի վաղ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Բեն Ուոլեսը, ելույթ ունենալով խորհրդարանում, հայտարարել Է, որ Միացյալ Թագավորությունը հակատանկային սպառազինություն կմատակարարի Ուկրաինային: Բրիտանական ռազմա-փոխադրական ինքնաթիռները Ուկրաինա թռիչքների ժամանակ շրջանցել են Գերմանիայի օդային տարածությունը, որը դեմ Է արտահայտվել Ուկրաինա զենքի մատակարումներին:

Բրիտանական ինքնաթիռների երթուղին անցել Է Դանիայի եւ Լեհաստանի վրայով: Բացի այդ, նախօրյակին ԱՄՆ-ի Հանթսվիլ քաղաքից (Ալաբամայի նահանգ) Լվով Է ժամանել ուկրաինական Ան-24 ծանր փոխադրական ինքնաթիռը: Հանթսվիլ քաղաքի մերձակայքում տեղակայված Է ԱՄՆ-ի բանակի Ռեդսթոունի զինանոցը:

Հունվարի 18-ին Ուկրաինայի երկնքում գրանցվել Է ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմաօդային ուժերի RC-135W Rivet Joint ռազմավարական հետախուզական ինքնաթիռի բազմաժամյա թռիչքը: Նա երթեւեկել Է Դոնբասի եւ Ղրիմից դեպի հյուսիս սահմանազատման գծի երկայնքով, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը:
