Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտարարել է, թե ադրբեջանցի ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչը ծեծել է ինքն իրեն

Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը հայտարարել է, որ դեկտեմբերի 1-ին Բաքվում հանրահավաքի ժամանակ բերման ենթարկված Ազգային խորհրդի և «Մուսավաթ» կուսակցության անդամ Թոֆիկ Յագուբլուի նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական բռնության մասին տեղեկությունների առնչությամբ սկսված ստուգման արդյունքում քրեական գործ հարուցելու մերժումն արդարացվել է։

Նշվում է, որ Յագուբլուն է ինքն իրեն մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառել. «Հենց որ Թոֆիկ Յագուբլուն իմացել է բաժնում գտնվելու պատճառը, ինքն իրեն հարվածել է պատին, ինչպես նաև փորձել է ինքն իրեն վնասել՝ ձեռքերով հարվածելով դեմքին:

Նրա հետ անցկացվել են կանխարգելիչ զրույցներ։ Հերքելով կարանտինային ռեժիմի խախտումը՝ Յագուբլուն մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է իր դեմքին։ Յագուբլուն ժամը 17։45-ին դուրս է եկել ոստիկանական բաժանմունքից»,- ասված է հաղորդագրությունում։

Որոշման մեջ ասվում է նաև, որ երբ Յագուբլուն մուտք է գործել ոստիկանական բաժանմունք և դուրս եկել, նրա վրա տեսանելի վնասվածքներ չեն ֆիքսվել:

Հանրահավաքի ժամանակ նրան բերման ենթարկած ոստիկանների խոսքով` երբ  Յագուբլուի ձեռքերից բռնել են պարեկային մեքենան նստեցնելու համար, նա դիմադրություն է ցույց տվել և միտումնավոր ընկել գետնին` դեմքով հարվածելով մեքենայի դռանը:

Յագուբլուն հայտարարել է, որ համաձայն չէ արդյունքի հետ, և այն, ինչ նշված է որոշման մեջ, սուտ է։
