Սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման թեման քննարկելու մերժումով իշխանական խմբակցությունն հակադրում է միջազգային ձեռնարկներին

Երեկ, ԱԺ նիստում «Հայաստան» խմբակցության նախագահ Սեյրան Օհանյանը ներկայացրեց «Սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման հիմնախնդիրների մասին» հայտարարության նախագիծն ԱԺ օրակարգ ընդգրկելու հարցը: Սակայն այս որոշումը կրկին մերժվեց քաղաքական մեծամասնության կողմից։
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք իրավապաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանի հետ։
Անդրադառնալով քաղաքական մեծամասնության որոշմանը իրավապաշտպանը ասաց. «Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել «Պետական սահմանների սահմանագծում և սահմանազատում» վերտառությամբ ԵԱՀԿ փաստաթղթի ու դրա բովանդակության մասին։ Այդտեղ գրված է, որ գործընթացը պետք է լինի բաց և, մասնավորապես, քաղաքական բոլոր ուժերը մասնակցեն քննարկումներին, ինչպես նաև, որ թե՛ քննարկումների ժամանակ, թե՛ ապագա հանձնաժողովի կամ աշխատանքային խմբի աշխատանքներին ներգրավվեն տարբեր ոլորտներից մասնագետներ: Վերջապես այնտեղ հստակեցված է նաև, որ պետք է մասնակցեն նաև այն համայնքների Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները, որոնց կարող է վերաբերել այդ սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման արդյունքները։
Թեման քննարկելու մերժումով իշխանական խմբակցությունն իրեն հակադրում է միջազգային, բոլորի կողմից ընդունված ձեռնարկներին: Իսկ այս ամենը նույն միջազգային հանրության կողմից ներվում է իշխանություններին: Հարցը, իրականում, այն է, թե ինչո՞ւ է ներվում. այստեղ կա հստակ պատասխան, որովհետև իրականացվել են Հայաստանի ազգային շահերին ամբողջովին դեմ այն բոլոր քայլերը, որոնք բերել են Արցախի գրեթե ամբողջական անջատմանը Հայաստանից։ Հայկական կողմից այս հարցերի շուրջ տարիներ շարունակ առկա դիմադրությունը թուլացել է կամ ամբողջովին վերացել է, այդ պատճառով էլ բախվել ենք այս իրականությանը»:
