Ով է մահվան ցանկը թաքցնելու պատասխանատուն. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը, չպահպանելով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանձնարարականի մեկամսյա ժամկետը, երեկ՝ հունվարի 18-ին (հանձնարարականը դեկտեմբերի 2-ին էր եղել), հաղորդագրություն է տարածել՝ նշելով, որ «նախարարությունը շտկել է կորոնավիրուսից մահացածների տվյալների անհամապատասխանությունը»:
Նախարարությունը, սակայն, թվային պատկեր չի ներկայացնում՝ ինչ անճշտության մասին էր խոսքը, ինչը ոչ թե սոսկ թվեր են, այլ մարդկային կյանքեր ու ճակատագրեր: Ըստ Ազգային ժողովի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ու հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանի՝ խոսքն ավելի քան 700 մահվան դեպքերի անճշտության մասին էր, ինչը, փաստորեն, Ավանեսյանի համար «թվերի շտկում» է ընդամենը, կամ, Փաշինյանի ասած, +/- 700 մահ:
ԱՆ-ն չի պարզաբանել նաեւ՝ ինչն է եղել փնթի աշխատանքի ու մահվան սխալ վիճակագրություն ներկայացնելու պատճառը: Ո՞վ է պատասխանատուն ու ի՞նչ պատիժ է կրելու թույլ տված կոպիտ սխալի համար: Ավանեսյանը մինչեւ վերջին պահը չի գաղտնազերծել նաեւ, թե ովքեր, ինչ մասնագետներ են ներկայացված եղել «թվերը շտկող» հանձնաժողովում: Հիշեցնենք՝ հոկտեմբերին, երբ խնդրի մասին բարձրաձայնում էր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը, Ավանեսյանը նշում էր, թե հանձնաժողովն արդեն իսկ ձեւավորվել ու քննում է անճշտությունները: Նմանատիպ պատասխան տիկին նախարարը նաեւ վարչապետ Փաշինյանին էր տալիս, բայց արդեն 2 ամիս անց: Ստացվում է՝ 2 ամիս շարունակ նա բոլորին համոզել է, թե մահվան թվերի անճշտությունն ուսումնասիրող հանձնաժողովը ստեղծվել ու գործ է անում, սակայն մինչեւ այս պահն այդպես էլ չի հստակեցրել՝ հանձնաժողովն, ի վերջո, երբ ու ինչ կազմով է ստեղծվել ու գործել: Երկու գերատեսչությունների՝ Առողջապահության նախարարության ու Ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության պաշտոնական տեղեկատվությունների հակասությունը նաեւ Գլխավոր դատախազությունն է ուսումնասիրում, ու երեկ տարածած հաղորդագրությամբ ԱՆ-ն, ասես գլխին գալիքը գիտակցելով, փորձում է կանխարգելել դատախազության կողմից մատնանշվելիք հավանական բացթողումներն ու հարցապնդումները:
Հարց է նաեւ, թե կորոնավիրուսի հետեւանքով մահացածների թվերի անճշտության մասին նախարարությունն ինչու չէր խոսում դեռ մեկ տարի առաջ, երբ 2021 առաջին ամսիներին ՊՎԾ-ն հրապարկել էր իր վիճակագրությունը, ու արդեն այդ ժամանակ հստակ էր՝ մահվան թվերի հետ ինչ-որ բան այն չէ:
