«Վեոլիա Ջուր»-ը դատի է տվել Հրազդանի համայնքապետարանին

«Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունը գումարի բռնագանձման պահանջով դատական հայց է ներկայացրել ընդդեմ Հրազդանի համայնքապետարանի: Ընկերությունը 9 մլն. դրամ է պահանջում համայնքապետարանից: Համայնքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քարտուղար Ռոբերտ Դանիելյանը, ով բազմաթիվ լիազորություններ ունի համայնքապետարանում, մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ իրենք չեն ընդունում «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերության պահանջը. «Չշահագործվող շատրվանների հետ կապված խնդիր է, իրենց պնդմամբ գիծ ա եղել, որտեղ, որ ջրաչափ չկա: Հաշվարկ են արել, եթե չեմ սխալվում՝ 9 մլն. դրամի պահանջ են ներկայացրել, որը որ մենք չենք ընդունում, եւ գործը այժմ դատարանում է»: Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս են որոշել գումարի չափը, Դանիելյանը պատասխանեց. «Իրենք ինչ-որ բանաձեւ ունեն, որը հաստատվել է հանրային ծառայություն կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից, բայց մենք, միանշանակ, այդ պարտքը չենք ընդունում»: 

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2008թ.-ին ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ ընկերության աջակցությամբ որոշվեց Հրազդան քաղաքում կառուցել «Բարության» պուրակ: 6 տարի անց պուրակը կառուցվեց, հսկայական գումար ծախսվեց։ Պուրակի մեջտեղում վեր խոյացավ «Խաչ-մատուռ» հուշարձանը: Սակայն մի քանի տարի հետո պարզվեց, որ «Բարության» պուրակը կառուցվել է անորակ սալիկներով, որոնք դրանից հետո 2 անգամ փոխվել են: Վթարված էր նաեւ շատրվանների հատվածը, որն ամռան ամիսներին չի գործում, սակայն ջրագծերը չեն էլ փոխվել, ուստի Հրազդանի համայնքապետարանում զարմանում են, թե որտեղից է գոյացել ջրի հսկայական վարձը։
