Վահան Քերոբյանը կատակ էր արել և հրաժարական չի տալու

Այսօր Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արեգնազ Մանուկյանը, դիմելով էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Վահան Քերոբյանին, հարցրեց. «Պարոն Քերոբյան, ինձ հետաքրքիր է, թե դուք ինչպե՞ս եք վերաբերվում այնպիսի անձնավորություններին, ովքեր մի բան խոստանում են, հետո հետ են կանգնում իրենց խոստումից»։

Հարցը հնչեցնելուց առաջ պատգամավորը միացրեց ձայնագրությունը և հենց ԱԺ ամբիոնից հնչեց Վահան Քերոբյանի պատասխանը լրագրողների հարցին՝ «Ես ինձ չեմ ների, եթե երկնիշ տնտեսական աճ չստացվի, եթե երկնիշ տնտեսական աճ չապահովեմ, հրաժարական եմ տալու»:

Դրանից հետո Արեգնազ Մանուկյանը շարունակեց ելույթը. «Պարոն Քերոբյան, այս մարդը խոստանում էր, որ, եթե 2021 թվականին երկնիշ տնտեսական աճ չապահովի, ապա հրաժարական է տալու։ Երկնիշ աճ ապահովեց, բայց առաջին անհրաժեշտության մի շարք ապրանքատեսակների մասով, երկնիշ աճ չապահովեց, բայց այդ մարդը, որ խոստանում էր՝ հրաժարական կտա այդ դեպքում, հրաժարական չտվեց։ Հիմա ինձ հետաքրքիր է, թե դուք ինչպես եք վերաբերվում այս անձնավորությանը, և հարց, ե՞րբ եք հրաժարական տալու»։

Ավելի ուշ, երբ պատգամավորները էկոնոմիկայի նախարարին հարց ուղղելու հնարավորություն ունեին, Արեգնազ Մանուկյանը կրկին նմանօրինակ հարց հնչեցրեց․ «Պարոն Քերոբյան, ե՞րբ եք հրաժարական տալու, ուզո՞ւմ եք մի հատ էլ միացնեմ ձայնագրությունը, չեք ուզում, հիշո՞ւմ եք ձեր խոսքերը, առավել ևս, որ հիշում եք ձեր խոսքերը, ապա ե՞րբ եք հրաժարական տալու, պարոն Քերոբյան, ինչո՞ւ հրաժարական չեք տալիս, պարոն Քերոբյան, թե՞ ձեր խոստումը մնացել է, օրինակ, տնտեսության ակտիվության ցուցանիշի մեջ, այսինքն՝ ըստ ձեր տրամաբանության՝ խցանման մեջ»։

Վահան Քերոբյանը նախ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց հարցի համար, ապա պատասխանեց , որ այդ ձայնագրությունն ամբողջական չէ․ «Կիսատ է, եթե դուք բարի լինեք և ամբողջությամբ միացնեք ձայնագրությունը, բոլորի համար պարզ կլինի, որ այդ արտահայտությունը, որ ես արել եմ կատակով արած արտահայտություն է, որովհետև այն կոնտեքստը, որում դա ասվել է, եղել է կատակով արած, որովհետև դրան հաջորդել է արտահայտությունը՝ գո՞հ եք…»։
