Մեծ Բրիտանիայում քառօրյա աշխատանքային շաբաթ է փորձարկվում

Մեծ Բրիտանիայում քառօրյա աշխատանքային շաբաթով փորձնական նախագիծ են գործարկում։ Փորձարմանը միացել է մոտ 30 բրիտանական ընկերություններ, որոնք վեց ամսով կրճատված աշխատանքային գրաֆիկ կփորձարկեն, գրում է Independent-ը։
4 Day Week գլոբալ քարոզարշավը կազմակերպել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայում՝ Autonomy վերլուծական կենտրոնի, Օքսֆորդի համալսարանի, Բոստոնի քոլեջի եւ Քեմբրիջի համալսարանի հետազոտողների հետ համագործակցությամբ:
Նախատեսվում է, որ նախագծին մասնակցող ընկերությունների աշխատակիցները կաշխատեն շաբաթական չորս աշխատանքային օր՝ փորձելով պահպանել արտադրողականության նույն մակարդակը։ Փորձը կտեւի 2022 թվականի հունիսից դեկտեմբեր:
Մեծ Բրիտանիայի մոտ 30 ընկերություն համաձայնել են իրենց անձնակազմին թույլատրել աշխատել շաբաթական մինչեւ 32 ժամ՝ առանց աշխատավարձի եւ նպաստների կրճատման: Թեեւ, ինչպես նշում է Bloomberg-ը, որոշ ընկերություններ նախատեսում են խնդրել աշխատակիցներին այդ 32 ժամը բաշխել հինգ օրվա մեջ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ անցյալ տարի Մեծ Բրիտանիայում հետազոտություն էր անցկացվել, որը ցույց է տվել, որ քառօրյա աշխատանքային շաբաթը կօգնի նվազեցնել վնասակար արտանետումները, նոր աշխատատեղեր ստեղծել, բարելավել մարդկանց մտավոր եւ ֆիզիկական առողջությունը, ամրապնդել ընտանիքներն ու համայնքները։
Քեմբրիջի համալսարանի սոցիալական գիտությունների պրոֆեսոր Բրենդան Բուրչելը պատել է, որ մոդելն «ահռելի ներուժ» ունի՝ ավելի կարճ աշխատանքային շաբաթվա առավելությունների մասին խոսակցությունները քննարկումների վերածելու համար, թե ինչպես կարող են ընկերությունները իրատեսորեն ներդնել այն իրենց աշխատավայրերում:
