Զախարովան՝ Ալիևի հայտարարության մասին
POLITICSՌուսաստանը, որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ, աջակցում է եռանախագահողների աշխատանքի շարունակմանը՝ նրանց մանդատի համաձայն: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ այդ մասին ամենշաբաթյա ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում հայտարարեց Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան՝ պատասխանելով հայ լրագրողին այն հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է Մոսկվան վերաբերվում Ադրբեջանի նախագահի այն հայտարարությանը, թե Ադրբեջանը թույլ չի տալու Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին զբաղվել Ղարաբաղի հարցով, և արդյոք Մոսկվան նույնպես այն կարծիքին է, թե «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը փակված է»:
«Ռուսաստանը, որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ, աջակցում է տվյալ ձևաչափի աշխատանքի շարունակմանը՝ առաջին հերթին նրա մանդատի համաձայն և իհարկե, հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանային իրողությունները, որոնք ի հայտ եկան 2020 թվականի պատերազմից հետո: Մինսկի խմբի մեր գործընկերները՝ ԱՄՆ-ը և Ֆրանսիան, ամբողջությամբ կիսում են մեր տվյալ դիրքորոշումը: Այդ դիրքորոշումը արտացոլվել է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող պետությունների արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների՝ նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 7-ի հայտարարության մեջ», - պատասխանեց Զախարովան՝ հիշեցնելով, որ այդ փաստաթղթում ամրագրվել է եռանախագահողների՝ Բաքվին և Երևանին ուղղված կոչը մոտ ժամանակներում հյուրընկալելու համանախագահներին տարածաշրջանում, ինչը թույլ կտա նրանց գնահատել իրադրությունը տեղում, հասնել շոշափելի առաջընթացի հումանիտար նախաձեռնություններում, որոնք քննարկվել են եռանախագահների հետ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպումների ընթացքում:
Զախարովայի խոսքով՝ հիշատակված շփումների արդյունքներով, որոնք տեղի էին ունեցել 2021 թ. սեպտեմբերին և նոյեմբերին Նյու Յորքում և Փարիզում, համանախագահները Ստոկհոլմում դեկտեմբերի 2-ին կայացած ԵԱՀԿ նախարարական համաժողովի շրջանակում երկու նախարարին էին փոխանցել հավասարակշռված, միանգամայն իրատեսական առաջարկ հետագա փոխգործակցության օրակարգի վերաբերյալ: Համանախագահների առաջարկած օրակարգը վերաբերում է ե՛ւ հումանիտար, ե՛ւ սոցիալ-քաղաքական խնդիրներին:
«Մենք կողմերից պաշտոնական արձագանք ենք ակնկալում՝ այդ թվում եռանախագահների տարածաշրջանային այցերի վերսկսման հարցի կապակցությամբ», - հավելեց ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը նախորդ շաբաթ ադրբեջանական հեռուստաալիքներին տված հարցազրույցում սպառնացել էր «ճնշել» ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցով զբաղվելու փորձերը և հավելել, թե իր համոզմամբ համանախագահները «չպետք է զբաղվեն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությամբ, քանի որ այն լուծված է»:
