Ընթացիկ տարում Հայաստանում փակվել է շուրջ 7 հազար, փոխարենը գրանցվել մոտ 15 հազար փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություն: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նշեց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման վարչության պետ Արամ Օհանյանը: «Ինչպես տեսնում ենք, 2 անգամ շատ ընկերություններ բացվել են, քան փակվել: Սա դրական ցուցանիշ է»,-ասաց Արամ Օհանյանը:
Անդրադառնալով տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների փակման պատճառներին` Արամ Օհանյանը նշեց, որ դրանք տարբեր են: «Նախ պետք է ասել, որ որևէ ընկերության փակվելը կամ բացվելը բնական գործընթաց է: Կան տնտեսվարողներ, որոնք չեն ցանկացել գործունեություն ծավալել և իրենց հայեցողությամբ վերակազմակերպվել են ու լուծարվել: Դա իրենց իրավունքն է: Դրանից բացի, փակվում են այն ընկերությունները, որոնք չեն կարողանում ճկուն ու մրցունակ լինել»,-ասաց Արամ Օհանյանը:
Փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության զարգացման վարչության պետը նշեց, որ տարվա ընթացքում Կառավարությունը մի շարք նախաձեռնություններով է հանդես եկել, որոնք ուղղված են փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի բեռի թեթևացմանը: Մասնավորապես, մշակվել է «Շրջանառության հարկի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը, որն ուժի մեջ է մտել հուլիսի 1-ից: Օրենքի նախագծով շրջանառության հարկի շեմը 58 մլն դրամից բարձրացվել է 115 մլն-ի: Դրանից բացի, առևտրի գործունեությունից ստացվող եկամուտների համար շրջանառության հարկը մինչև 1.5 տոկոսի շեմին իջեցնելու հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել:
«Հարկերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում կատարված փոփոխությունների համաձայն, զբոսաշրջային տների միջոցով հյուրանոցային ծառայությունների մատուցման գործունեությամբ զբաղվող անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին ընտանեկան ձեռնարատիրության սուբյեկտ համարվելու հնարավորություն է ընձեռվել: Արդյունքում, վերջիններս կարող են օգտվել ընտանեկան ձեռնարկատիության սուբյեկտների համար նախատեսված հարկային արտոնություններից:
