Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ հարցին, որ հունվարի 22-ից ուժի մեջ է մտնում որոշում, ըստ որի՝ ժամանցի և մշակութային վայրեր հաճախելու համար պետք է կա՛մ պատվաստված լինել քովիդի դեմ, կա՛մ ՊՇՌ թեստի բացասական արդյունք ներկայացնել։
 
«Այսօր շատ են շահարկում հետևյալը, ասում են՝ բիզնեսն էդքան տուժել է, հիմա նորից սահմանափակումներ եք մտցնում, որ միայն պատվաստված անձինք կարող են ռեստորան գնալ, ի՞նչ եք ուզում էդ մարդկանցից։ Մենք ուզում ենք շատ պարզ բան, մենք առաջիններից ենք աշխարհում, որ հրաժարվել ենք լոքդաունի քաղաքականությունից և ներսում որոշում ենք ունեցել, որ չենք վերադառնալու լոքդաունի։ Եվ մեր քաղաքականությունը հիմա նրան է ուղղված, որ այնպես կառավարենք, որ ստիպված չլինենք վերադառնալ լոքդաունների, որ բոլոր էդ բիզնեսները նորից մի ամսով փակվեն, իսպառ փակվեն և այլևս վերականգնվելու որևէ հնարավորություն չունենան։ Հետևաբար, ես ուզում եմ արձանագրել, որ մեր տեսչական մարմիններն ամենայն խստությամբ պետք է հետևեն այդ սահմանափակումների իրականացմանը։ Ընդ որում, պատասխանատվությունը կրում են տնտեսվարողները, այսինքն՝ քաղաքացին չէ պոտենցիալ պատասխանատուն, այլ տնտեսվարողները։ Եվ սա արվում է հենց տնտեսվարողների շահերի համար, հակառակ դեպքում, երբ մեր հիվանդանոցներն ամբողջությամբ լցվեն, հնարավորություն չունենանք մարդկանց բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերել, ստիպված կլինեն գնալ լոքդաունի։ Բոլոր ռեստորանները, խանութները կարող են մի ամսով փակվել»,- հայտարարեց Փաշինյանը։
