Դաժան սպանություն Աբովյան քաղաքում․ ՔԿ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործով իրականացվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ Աբովյան քաղաքի 35-ամյա բնակչի սպանության հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Դեպքի վերաբերյալ ահազանգը Աբովյանի բժշկական կենտրոնից ստացվել է 2022թ. հունվարի 20-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ին, որով ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի բաժինը տեղեկացվել է, որ «Պարանոցի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Աբովյան քաղաքի՝ 1986թ. ծնված բնակիչը, ով հիվանդանոցի ճանապարհին մահացել է:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2022թ. հունվարի 20-ին՝ ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում, Աբովյան քաղաքի Դարանի փողոցում գտնվող շենքերից մեկում՝ բնակարանի մուտքի դռան դիմաց, նույն շենքի 32-ամյա բնակիչն իր մոտ գտնվող սուր կտրող-ծակող գործիքով հարվածել է 35-ամյա համաքաղաքացու պարանոցի շրջանին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածք:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք վկաներ, կատարվել են առգրավումներ, նշանակվել դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատագենետիկական, դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
32-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է և տվել ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
