ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանը շեշտում է՝ ադրբեջանական ուժերը պետք է միակողմանի հետ քաշվեն այն տարածքներից, որտեղ մխրճվել են հայկական տարածք:

Օհանյանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում:

Օհանյանը նախ շեշտեց, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանագծման ու սահմանազատման վերաբերյալ որոշումներ չպետք է ընդունվեն առանց իրավիճակը լիարժեք ուսումնասիրելու:

Անդրադառնալով զորքերի հայելային հետքաշման վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին՝ նա ասաց՝ ի՞նչ է նշանակում հայելային հետքաշում՝ որտե՞ղ, ամբողջ սահմանով մե՞կ, թե՞ այն հատվածներում, որտեղ հակառակորդը մխրճվել է: «Եթե այն հատվածներում, որտեղ հակառակորդը մխրճվել է մեր հատված, ապա ինքը պետք է հայելային միակողմանի հետ քաշվի իր տարածքներ»,- ասաց Օհանյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ այդ ուղղությամբ համապատասխան աշխատանքներ պետք է իրականացնի հայկական կողմը:

Խմբակցության ղեկավարը շեշտեց՝ սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման խնդիրները լուծելու համար նախ հակառակորդ, թշնամի պետությունները պետք է վերածվեն հարևան պետությունների: «Պետք է ստեղծվի երկու հարևան պետությունների կառավարությունների խառը հանձնաժողով, և այդ հանձնաժողովները պետք է համապատասխան աշխատանք տանեն՝ այդ ճշգրտումներն իրականացնելու համար: Ադրբեջանը մեզ համար հիմա հարևա՞ն է՝  իր երկրի ղեկավարի ռազմական հռետորաբանությամբ, իր սադրանքներով, ռազմական փոքր լոկալ հարձակումներով ՀՀ սահմանում, էլ չեմ ասում Թուրքիայի ընդգրկվածությունն այդ հատվածում»,- ասաց Օհանյանը:

Ըստ Օհանյանի՝ այդ խառը հանձնաժողովներում ամբողջությամբ պետք է վեր հանվեն Խորհրդային Միության ժամանակ գոյություն ունեցած իրավապայմանագրային ամբողջ դաշտը և այն ամբողջ գործողությունները, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել երկու պետությունների միջև: «Միայն այդպիսի լիարժեք խորաթափանց քննարկումներից հետո կարելի է որոշել, թե որտեղով և ինչպես պետք է անցնի սահմանը»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով, որ հիմա այս պարագայում հայելային հետքաշումն անիմաստ խոսակցություն է համարում:

Անդրադառնալով ՀԱՊԿ-ի աշխատանքին՝ նա ասաց, որ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունը ցույց է տվել, որ ի վիճակի է աշխատեցնելու այն, Ղազախստանում աշխատեցրել է: «Այդ հարցում մենք ուրախ ենք, որ մեր ղեկավարությունն է այսօր ՀԱՊԿ-ում, եթե այլ տարածաշրջանում՝ միջինասիական տարածաշրջանում ինքը կարողանում է գործարկել, ընդ որում ռազմական խաղաղապահ կոմպոնենտը, ապա պարտավոր է նաև այն գործարկել ՀՀ տարածքում: Իսկ, եթե ՀԱՊԿ-ը չի աշխատում, ապա ինքը պետք է բանակցի, համապատասխան մարտավարություն, ռազմավարություն, մեթոդներ մշակի՝  նրանց հետ աշխատելու»,- ասաց Օհանյանը:
