SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է
խաբեության, վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ անձի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գույքային վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը, տեղեկացնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն:
Մինչդատական վարույթում իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, հափշտակության մեխանիզմը, տուժածների շրջանակը:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համակցությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Արմավիրի մարզի Ոսկեհատ գյուղի 27-ամյա բնակիչը, համագործակցելով իր մոր հետ և որոշ դեպքերում գործելով ինքնուրույն, խաբեությամբ, վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով ձեռք է բերել համագյուղացիների, ծանոթների անձնագրերի և բանկային քարտերի տվյալներն ու առանց նրանց գիտության, առցանց եղանակով, ձևակերպել է վարկեր, որոնք հետագայում կանխիկացրել է:
Երիտասարդի մայրը, պատճառաբանելով, թե իբր արտերկրում ապրող որդին գումար է փոխանցել հիշյալ անձանց պատկանող բանկային քարտերին, նրանց խնդրել է իրեն տրամադրել բանկային քարտերը, որից հետո կանխիկացրել է փոխանցված գումարը՝ այդ կերպ հափշտակելով քաղաքացիների անվամբ վերցված վարկերի գումարները:
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ մոր և որդու հանցավոր գործունեության արդյունքում քաղաքացիներին պատճառվել է ընդհանուր 7 173 429 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի վնաս:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 27-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 184-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (6 դրվագ) և 184-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (3 դրվագ), իսկ վերջինիս մորը՝ 184-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (6 դրվագ): Որպես խափանման միջոց նրանց նկատմամբ ընտրվել է ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
Ծանուցում.Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռնրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռվ:
