SOCAR ընկերությունը գործարանը գնելու բանակցություններ է վարում

Սուրենավանում գտնվող հայ-ռուսական բիտումի գործարանից տեղեկություն ստացանք, որ ադրբեջանական նավթային SOCAR ընկերությունը գործարանը գնելու բանակցություններ է վարում՝ վրացի միջնորդների օգնությամբ։ Գործարանն արդեն մոտ մեկուկես տարի գրեթե լուծարված է՝ ընդամենը մի քանի աշխատող են պահել, գործարանի հեռախոսահամարները չեն պատասխանում, ուստի պաշտոնական ինֆորմացիա չկարողացանք ստանալ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ադրբեջանական նավթային SOCAR ընկերությունը տարիներ շարունակ Վրաստանի ամենամեծ հարկատուն է, այն Վրաստանի տարածքում գրեթե 5 հազար հոգանոց բանակ է պահում՝ ադրբեջանական պետական նավթային ընկերության բենզա-գազալցակայանների, դրանց պահեստների, գազամուղների եւ այլ ենթակառուցվածքների պաշտպանության անվան տակ: Այդ ծառայությունում ներգրավված են առավելապես ազգությամբ ադրբեջանցի Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներ, որոնք տարին մի քանի անգամ անցնում են վերապատրաստման դասընթացներ՝ կատարելագործելով զենքի տիրապետման հմտությունները: Իսկ բիտումի գործարանը Սուրենավան գյուղում գործում էր դեռեւս 2006 թվականից եւ փակվեց հեղափոխությունից մեկ-մեկուկես տարի անց։ Գործարանը զբաղվում էր բիտումի արտադրությամբ, որն ասֆալտի արտադրության մեջ օգտագործվող նավթամթերքն է: Գործարանի հայ բաժնետերերից էր Միկա Բաղդասարովը։
Ավելի վաղ գրել էինք, որ ճանապարհաշինությամբ հպարտացող հեղափոխական իշխանությունն օգտվում էր ոչ թե հայ-ռուսական այս ընկերության արտադրանքից, այլ Իրանից էր ներկրում, ինչն էլ պատճառ դարձավ, որ գործարանը փակվի։ Հիմա ռուսական ընկերությունը, փաստորեն, տեղը կզիջի ադրբեջանականին, եւ սրանք Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման առաջին ծաղիկներն են։
