Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
Ռուսաստան-Արևմուտք նոր դիմակայության պայմաններում հայտարարվեց Չինաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի համատեղ զորավարժությունների մասին։
Ավելի վաղը Ռուսաստանն ու Չինաստանը ռազմական ոլորտում համագործակցության խորացման ուղղված նոր ճանապարհային քարտեզ էին նախապատրաստել, որն ուրվագծում էր երկու երկրների միջև ռազմական բնագավառում նոր առաջընթացի, իրականացվելիք քայլերի մանրամասները։ Զարգացման պլանը նախատեսված է մինչև 2025 թվականի համար։
Իրանի նախագահի ՌԴ կատարած այցի շրջանակներում էլ հայտարարվեց Իրանին տրամադրվելիք 5 մլրդ վարկի մասին։
Պաշտոնապես նշվում է, որ այդ գումարի մի մեծ հատված հատկացվելու է ռուսական ՍՈՒ-35-ի մատակարարումներին։
Ենթադրելի է, որ վարկի մյուս մասը ևս Իրանը կծախսվի ռազմական նոր ձեռքբերումների համար։
Իրանն ու Ռուսաստանը անմիջական, իսկ Չինաստանն անուղղակի ձևով մեծ ազդեցություն ունեն Հարավային կովկասում ընթացող գործընթացների վրա և առաջին հերթին զսպող դեր Թուրքիայի աճող հավակնությունների նկատմամբ։
Ընդ որում՝ Թուրքիայի ախորժակը շատ վաղուց Հարավային կովկասով չի սահմանափակվում և Իրանը, Ռուսաստանն ու Չինաստանը ամենատարբեր տարածաշրջաններում Թուրքիայի ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությունը ճնշելու ընդհանուր շահեր ունեն։
Հասկանալի է, որ եռյակի խորացող և առարկայական դրսևորվող համագործակցությունն անմիջականորեն կապված է Արևմուտքի ակտիվացող քաղաքականության հետ և ազդեցության ագրեսիվ պայքարը տարբեր տարածաշրջաններում շարունակվում է։
Սա ենթադրում է նոր դաշինքներ, հարաբերությունների վերանայումներ, քաղաքական խմբագրումներ և, իհարկե, նոր լարվածություն ողջ աշխարհում։
Իմաստ չկա ասելու, թե հատկապես Թուրքիա-Ադրբեջան նոր արկածախնդրությանը կամ հնարավոր ագրեսիային դիմակայելու համար, ինչ գործակցության կարևոր ճակատ կա Հայաստանի համար՝ աշխատելու ՌԴ-Իրան-Չինաստան եռյակի հետ, որովհետև ՀՀ իշխանությունների հակաճգնաժամային բանաձևը Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների ջերմացումն է և ըստ այդմ՝ կոնֆլիկտների «հարթումը», որն այս ճանապարհով մեր երկրին միայն նոր ճգնաժամ և ողբերգություն է բերելու։
