Տնտեսական գործունեության առանձին տեսակների և ծառայությունների մատուցման գործունեության սանիտարահամաճարակային անվտանգության կանոններ կարող են սահմանվել միայն կարանտին սահմանելու վերաբերյալ կառավարության որոշմամբ:
