Շուշին և Հադրութը կարող են վերադարձվել երկու ճանապարհով․ մեկը պատերազմն է, մյուսը՝ բանակցությունները

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սեյրան Օհանյանն ու նույն խմբակցության անդամ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել են, թե կա Շուշին և Հադրութը վերադարձնելու տեսական հնարավորություն, բայց երբ այդ վերադարձին նպաստող մեխանիզմների մասին հարց է հնչում, նրանք նշում են, թե իրենք էլ չգիտեն, թե որոնք են մեխանիզմները։
Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք քաղաքագետ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցի հետ։ Հարցին, թե հնարավոր համարո՞ւմ եք Շուշիի ու Հադրութի վերադարձը քաղաքագետն ասաց. «Այդ հայտարարությունն առաջին անգամ արել է «Հայաստան» դաշինքի փաստացի առաջնորդ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը իր տարեվերջյան ասուլիսի ժամանակ, հետո տարբեր մեկնաբանություններով դա կրկնեցին դաշինքի պատգամավորները։ Ենթադրում եմ, որ էլի կլսենք նման հայտարարություններ։ Իրենք չեն էլ կարող որևէ մեխանիզմ նշել, որովհետև իրականում խոսում են կեղծ օրակարգի մասին, այսինքն՝ խոսում են մի հնարավորության մասին, որը գործնական քաղաքականության տեսանկյունից գոյություն չունի։ Շուշին և Հադրութը կարող են վերադարձվել երկու ճանապարհով․ մեկը պատերազմն է, մյուսը՝ բանակցությունները, իրենք էլ ասում են, որ պատերազմը բացառում են, եթե չասեն էլ՝ ցանկացած բանական մարդ լավ հասկանում է, որ մանավանդ 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանը պատերազմելու ռեսուրս չունի։ Մնում է բանակցությունների ճանապարհը, ինչն էլ գործընթաց է, որը ենթադրում է փոխզիջում։ Շատ հետաքրքիր է, թե այդ մարդիկ Շուշին ու Հադրութը վերադարձնելու դիմաց ի՞նչ են պատկերացնում զիջել Ադրբեջանին։ Համենայն դեպս, տեսանելի որևէ բան, որ հայկական կողմը կարող է զիջել Ադրբեջանին, այսօր գոյություն չունի։ Այս ամբողջ օբյեկտիվ գործոնները հաշվի առնելով՝ պնդում եմ, որ այդ հայտարարությունները պոպուլիզմ են և ոչ ավելին։ Պոպուլիզմ է մի հարցում, որի շահարկումը շատ վտանգավոր է արտաքին քաղաքականության, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավորման գործընթացի համար»։
