Ըստ Ազգային ժողովի «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Ղազինյանի՝ ոչ մի պետականամետ ուժ կամ պետական գործիչ չի կարող ասել, որ Հայաստանը դեմ է Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելուն:

«Հայաստանը կողմ է Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերություններն առանց նախապայմանների կարգավորելու հարցում. այս արտահայտությունը եղել է, այս արտահայտությունը կա ու կլինի ՀՀ բոլոր ժամանակների իշխանության մոտ, դա կլինի նաև Հայաստան պետության ու «Հայաստան» դաշինքի, որովհետև այլ բան ասել այս կոնտեքստում հնարավոր չէ, որովհետև ոչ մի պետականամետ ուժ կամ պետական գործիչ չի կարող ասել, որ Հայաստանը դեմ է Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելուն, իհարկե, դեմ լինել չենք կարող», - Ազգային ժողովում ասաց նա:

Պատգամավորի խոսքով, սակայն, սատանան թաքնված է դետալներում. եթե արտաքին դաշտում նախապայմանները քիչ թե շատ հասկանալի են, ապա պետք է քննության առնվեն ներքին նախապայմանները, մասնավորապես, այն ելակետային դրույթները, որոնք պետք է առաջադրվեն իշխանության առջև, որպեսզի գործընթացը ստանա հանրային լայն լեգիտիմություն ու երաշխավորվեն հայկական շահի հենասյունային կետերի պահպանումը այս ամբողջ գործընթացում:

Ղազինյանն ընդգծեց, թե պետք է հայտարարվի, որ 1,5 միլիոն հայերի Ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման ու դատապարտման հարցը պետք է վերադառնա Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության գերակա ուղղություն ու պետք է հնչի կոնկրետ դիրքորոշում, պետք է հրապարակայնորեն ճանաչվի, երաշխավորվի ու առաջ մղվի Արցախի ժողովրդի՝ իր պատմական հայրենիքում ինքնորոշվելու բնական իրավունքը:

Պատգամավորը հիշեց չորեքշաբթի օրը Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հնչեցրած խոսքերը:

Ղազինյանը, հիշեցնենք, այդ օրը խնդրել էր, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերահաստատի «Առանց Արցախ Հայաստան չկա» իր դիրքորոշումը: Վարչապետն էլ արձագանքել էր . «Ինչ վերաբերում է ձեր գործելակերպին` մենք մեր ասելիքն ասում ենք, մենք ասում ենք այն, ինչ նպատակահարմար ենք համարում ու այն, ինչ ասել ենք, կառավարության ծրագրում գրած է, բացեք, կարդացեք, եթե հիշողության հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեք, կրկնեք, անգիր արեք ու մեզ չասեք` «այս նախադասությունը կարո՞ղ եք ասել, թե՞ չեք կարող». մենք կարող ենք բազմաթիվ նախադասություններ ասել, որից ձեր ունքերը կբարձրանան»:

«Արցախի ժողվորդի՝ իր պատմական հայրենիքում ինքնորոշվելու իրավունքը, փաստացի, չճանաչվեց, ավելին, ասվեց հետևալը՝ «մենք ձեր պասերի կարիքը չունենք», առանձնապես ցանկություն չունենալով պասեր տալ այս իշխանությանը՝ հարց է առաջանում՝ իսկ ո՞ւմ պասերի կարիքն ունեք, եթե ոչ ներսի, միգուցե, Էրդողանի, Ալիևի պասերի կարի՞քն ունեք», - նշեց Ղազինյանը:

Նա ասաց, թե իշխանությունից ակնկալում է հստակ դիրքորոշում. դեռևս կա հնարավորություն, որ հնչեն կոնկրետ գնահատականներ ու պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումներ:
