Հայաստանի իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները հայտարարեցին, որ առաջարկությունների փաթեթ են ուղարկել Ադրեջանին, ըստ որի՝ առաջարկվում է զորքերը հայելային եղանակով հետ քաշել։

Այս թեմայի մասին զրուցել ենք իրավապաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանի հետ։

Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ պետք է Հայաստանի զորքերը հետ քաշվեն և ի՞նչ վտանգ է պարունակում այս գործընթացը` իրավապաշտպանն ասաց. «Նախ ես պետք է հստակեցնեմ, այս իշխանությունը Հայաստանի իշխանությունը չէ, այս իշխանությունն ամբողջովին իրականացնում է վաղուց պլանավորված Հայաստանի՝ որպես պետություն ոչնչացման ծրագիրը։ Ձեր հարցի պատասխանը տրված է ԵԱՀԿ-ի ձեռնարկի մեջ, որը կոչվում է միջպետական սահմանների սահմանազատում և սահմանագծում։ Այնտեղ հստակ գրված է, որ այդպիսի գործողությունները պետք է նախ և առաջ տեղի ունենան քաղաքական լայն քննարկումների արդյունքում։ Դա չի արվել և մենք հասկանում ենք, որ այդ քննարկումները տեղի են ունեցել այլ պետության քաղաքական ուժերի և քաղաքական շրջանակների հետ։ Երկրորդ, այնտեղ հստակ գրված է, որ այդ գործընթացում պետք է ընդգրկվեն ինչպես մասնագետներ, այնպես էլ այն համայնքների տեղական ինքանակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները, որոնց հետ անմիջապես առնչվում են այդ խնդիրները։ Համոզված եմ, որ դա քննարկվել է, բայց ընդգրկվել են մյուս կողմի՝ Ադրբեջանի տեղական և պետական իշանությունների ներկայացուցիչները։ Այսպիսով, մենք պետք է հստակեցնենք՝ այն, ինչ արվում է, արվում է ընդդեմ հայ ժողովրդի, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և պետականության»։
